犹大家和以色列家啊，从前你们在列国中是受咒诅的，现在我要拯救你们，使你们成为蒙福的人。你们不要惧怕，要刚强。’

上帝兴起祂的仆人，首先差遣祂到你们中间赐福给你们，使你们脱离罪恶。”

献祭时所献的那部分面团如果圣洁，整团面也圣洁；树根如果圣洁，树枝也圣洁。如果橄榄树上有几条枝子被折了下来，你这野橄榄枝被接了上去，得以汲取橄榄树根供应的汁浆，你就不可向折下来的枝子夸口。你怎能夸口呢？要知道：不是你托住树根，而是树根托住你。你也许会说：“原来的枝子被折下来，是为了把我接上去。”不错，他们因为不信被折了下来，而你因为信被接了上去，然而不要自高，要敬畏上帝。上帝既然没有留下原来的枝子，也可以不留下你。可见，上帝既慈爱又严厉。祂对堕落的人是严厉的，对你却是慈爱的。你要常常活在祂的爱中，不然你也会被砍下来。当然，如果以色列人不再顽固不信，必会重新被接上去，因为上帝能把他们重新接上。你这从野生的橄榄树上砍下来的枝子，尚且可以违反自然，被接到好橄榄树上，何况原来的枝子被接回到原来的树上呢？

愿耶和华使你们和你们的后代人丁兴旺！

天下万国必因你的后裔而蒙福，因为你听从了我的话。’”

他们不会徒劳，他们的孩子也不会遇到灾祸，因为他们及其子孙是蒙上帝赐福的人。

为了我的弟兄——我的同胞以色列人，即使我自己被咒诅、与基督隔绝，我也愿意！身为以色列人，他们拥有上帝儿子的名分、上帝的荣耀、诸约、律法、圣殿敬拜和各种应许。
