I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

選民曰、我之上帝耶和華、錫我純嘏、加我仁義、若衣麗服、若被長衣、譬彼新娶者、冠以美冠、譬彼新婦、飾以實物、我蒙福祉、不覺踊躍、欣喜不勝。

民曰、我因主欣喜、我心因我天主歡樂、蓋天主以拯救為衣衣我、以福祉福祉或作仁義下同為袍被我、使我若新娶者冠以華冠、若新婦飾以寶物、

I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

The people of Jerusalem will say,“ We take great delight in the Lord. We are joyful because we belong to our God. He has dressed us with salvation as if it were our clothes. He has put robes of godliness on us. We are like a groom who is dressed up for his wedding. We are like a bride who decorates herself with her jewels.

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord; my soul shall exult in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation; he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself like a priest with a beautiful headdress, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

I am overwhelmed with joy in the Lord my God! For he has dressed me with the clothing of salvation and draped me in a robe of righteousness. I am like a bridegroom dressed for his wedding or a bride with her jewels.

Let your priests be clothed with righteousness. Let your saints shout for joy!”

and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith,

I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband.

I will also clothe her priests with salvation. Her saints will shout aloud for joy.

for God’s Kingdom is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Lift up your eyes all around, and see: all these gather themselves together, and come to you. As I live,” says Yahweh,“ you shall surely clothe yourself with them all as with an ornament, and dress yourself with them, like a bride.

Amen.”One of the elders answered, saying to me,“ These who are arrayed in the white robes, who are they, and where did they come from?”I told him,“ My lord, you know.” He said to me,“ These are those who came out of the great suffering. They washed their robes, and made them white in the Lamb’s blood.

yet I will rejoice in Yahweh. I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!

Those ransomed by Yahweh will return, and come with singing to Zion. Everlasting joy shall be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy. Sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory,

“‘“ Now when I passed by you, and looked at you, behold, your time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over you, and covered your nakedness. Yes, I swore to you, and entered into a covenant with you,” says the Lord Yahweh,“ and you became mine.“‘“ Then washed I you with water. Yes, I thoroughly washed away your blood from you, and I anointed you with oil.I clothed you also with embroidered work, and put sealskin sandals on you. I dressed you with fine linen and covered you with silk.I decked you with ornaments, put bracelets on your hands, and put a chain on your neck.I put a ring on your nose, and earrings in your ears, and a beautiful crown on your head.Thus you were decked with gold and silver. Your clothing was of fine linen, silk, and embroidered work. You ate fine flour, honey, and oil. You were exceedingly beautiful, and you prospered to royal estate.Your renown went out among the nations for your beauty; for it was perfect, through my majesty which I had put on you,” says the Lord Yahweh.“‘“ But you trusted in your beauty, and played the prostitute because of your renown, and poured out your prostitution on everyone who passed by. It was his.You took some of your garments, and made for yourselves high places decked with various colors, and played the prostitute on them. This shall not happen, neither shall it be.

“ But the father said to his servants,‘ Bring out the best robe, and put it on him. Put a ring on his hand, and sandals on his feet.

“ Now therefore arise, Yahweh God, into your resting place, you, and the ark of your strength. Let your priests, Yahweh God, be clothed with salvation, and let your saints rejoice in goodness.

For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Awake, awake! Put on your strength, Zion. Put on your beautiful garments, Jerusalem, the holy city: for from now on the uncircumcised and the unclean will no more come into you.

Not only so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

to provide for those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified.

Ephraim will be like a mighty man, and their heart will rejoice as through wine; yes, their children will see it, and rejoice. Their heart will be glad in Yahweh.

You shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty.You shall speak to all who are wise- hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they make Aaron’s garments to sanctify him, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office.These are the garments which they shall make: a breastplate, an ephod, a robe, a fitted tunic, a turban, and a sash. They shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother and his sons, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office.They shall use the gold, and the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, and the fine linen.“ They shall make the ephod of gold, blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the skillful workman.It shall have two shoulder straps joined to the two ends of it, that it may be joined together.The skillfully woven band, which is on it, shall be like its work and of the same piece; of gold, blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen.You shall take two onyx stones, and engrave on them the names of the children of Israel.Six of their names on the one stone, and the names of the six that remain on the other stone, in the order of their birth.With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engravings of a signet, you shall engrave the two stones, according to the names of the children of Israel. You shall make them to be enclosed in settings of gold.You shall put the two stones on the shoulder straps of the ephod, to be stones of memorial for the children of Israel. Aaron shall bear their names before Yahweh on his two shoulders for a memorial.You shall make settings of gold,and two chains of pure gold; you shall make them like cords of braided work. You shall put the braided chains on the settings.“ You shall make a breastplate of judgment, the work of the skillful workman; like the work of the ephod you shall make it; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, you shall make it.It shall be square and folded double; a span shall be its length, and a span its width.You shall set in it settings of stones, four rows of stones: a row of ruby, topaz, and beryl shall be the first row;and the second row a turquoise, a sapphire, and an emerald;and the third row a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;and the fourth row a chrysolite, an onyx, and a jasper. Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel on his heart before Yahweh continually.“ You shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue.It shall have a hole for the head in the middle of it. It shall have a binding of woven work around its hole, as it were the hole of a coat of mail, that it not be torn.On its hem you shall make pomegranates of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, all around its hem; with bells of gold between and around them:a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, around the hem of the robe.It shall be on Aaron to minister: and its sound shall be heard when he goes in to the holy place before Yahweh, and when he comes out, that he not die.“ You shall make a plate of pure gold, and engrave on it, like the engravings of a signet,‘ HOLY TO YAHWEH.’You shall put it on a lace of blue, and it shall be on the sash. It shall be on the front of the sash.It shall be on Aaron’s forehead, and Aaron shall bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall make holy in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always on his forehead, that they may be accepted before Yahweh.You shall weave the tunic with fine linen. You shall make a turban of fine linen. You shall make a sash, the work of the embroiderer.“ You shall make tunics for Aaron’s sons. You shall make sashes for them. You shall make headbands for them, for glory and for beauty.You shall put them on Aaron your brother, and on his sons with him, and shall anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may minister to me in the priest’s office.You shall make them linen pants to cover their naked flesh. They shall reach from the waist even to the thighs.They shall be on Aaron and on his sons, when they go in to the Tent of Meeting, or when they come near to the altar to minister in the holy place, that they don’t bear iniquity, and die. This shall be a statute forever to him and to his offspring after him.

All your garments smell like myrrh, aloes, and cassia. Out of ivory palaces stringed instruments have made you glad.Kings’ daughters are among your honorable women. At your right hand the queen stands in gold of Ophir.

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls, who were loaded with the seven last plagues came, and he spoke with me, saying,“ Come here. I will show you the wife, the Lamb’s bride.”

The princess inside is all glorious. Her clothing is interwoven with gold.She shall be led to the king in embroidered work. The virgins, her companions who follow her, shall be brought to you.

Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord! To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not tiresome, but for you it is safe.Beware of the dogs; beware of the evil workers; beware of the false circumcision.For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh;

The servant brought out jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and clothing, and gave them to Rebekah. He also gave precious things to her brother and her mother.

Around the throne were twenty- four thrones. On the thrones were twenty- four elders sitting, dressed in white garments, with crowns of gold on their heads.
