Nations will come to your light. Kings will come to the brightness of your new day.

And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your radiance.

Nations will come to your light, and kings to your shining brightness.

Nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.

The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.

And nations shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

Nations come to your light, kings to your bright light.

Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. They will bow down before you with their faces to the ground; they will lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord; those who hope in me will not be disappointed.”

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come,and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say,‘ Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going.’And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.”This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say,‘ Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’”

For this is what the Lord has commanded us:“‘ I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it.

This is what the Lord says:“ The products of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush, and those tall Sabeans— they will come over to you and will be yours; they will trudge behind you, coming over to you in chains. They will bow down before you and plead with you, saying,‘ Surely God is with you, and there is no other; there is no other god.’”

In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and peoples will stream to it.Many nations will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

May all the kings of the earth praise you, Lord, when they hear what you have decreed.

You will drink the milk of nations and be nursed at royal breasts. Then you will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.

Praise the Lord, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples.For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord.

“ Sing, barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband,” says the Lord.“ Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities.

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him,

For this is what the Lord says:“ I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream; you will nurse and be carried on her arm and dandled on her knees.

and, moreover, that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written:“ Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles; I will sing the praises of your name.”Again, it says,“ Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people.”And again,“ Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; let all the peoples extol him.”And again, Isaiah says,“ The Root of Jesse will spring up, one who will arise to rule over the nations; in him the Gentiles will hope.”

so that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations that bear my name,” declares the Lord, who will do these things.

In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together.In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing on the earth.The Lord Almighty will bless them, saying,“ Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance.”

The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until he to whom it belongs shall come and the obedience of the nations shall be his.

and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.”

“ Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you. Though in anger I struck you, in favor I will show you compassion.

The Lord has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations.He has remembered his love and his faithfulness to Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

May his name endure forever; may it continue as long as the sun. Then all nations will be blessed through him, and they will call him blessed.Praise be to the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.Praise be to his glorious name forever; may the whole earth be filled with his glory. Amen and Amen.

Now there were some Greeks among those who went up to worship at the festival.They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, with a request.“ Sir,” they said,“ we would like to see Jesus.”

“ Many nations will be joined with the Lord in that day and will become my people. I will live among you and you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me to you.

Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth.

May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him.

Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious.But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their full inclusion bring!I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I take pride in my ministryin the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, even all the Gentiles who bear my name, says the Lord, who does these things’—

After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalemand asked,“ Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.”When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.When he had called together all the people’s chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Messiah was to be born.“ In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied,“ for this is what the prophet has written:“‘ But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.’”Then Herod called the Magi secretly and found out from them the exact time the star had appeared.He sent them to Bethlehem and said,“ Go and search carefully for the child. As soon as you find him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship him.”After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was.When they saw the star, they were overjoyed.On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.

In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious.

Because of your temple at Jerusalem kings will bring you gifts.

And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”

They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.Come, descendants of Jacob, let us walk in the light of the Lord.

“ I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations— to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians( famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations.And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord— on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord.“ They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels.

See, they will come from afar— some from the north, some from the west, some from the region of Aswan.”

May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us—so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth.

he says:“ It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.”This is what the Lord says— the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel— to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers:“ Kings will see you and stand up, princes will see and bow down, because of the Lord, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.”
