In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple.

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is My throne and the earth is the footstool for My feet. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest?

I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed up with seven seals.

Who is like the Lord our God, Who is enthroned on high,

Be exalted above the heavens, God, And may Your glory be above all the earth.

who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.

Now it came about in the thirtieth year, on the fifth day of the fourth month, while I was by the river Chebar among the exiles, the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.

The one who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat with My Father on His throne.

The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz concerning Judah and Jerusalem, which he saw during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.

And on that day you will say,“ Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name. Make known His deeds among the peoples; Make them remember that His name is exalted.”

Now the rest of the acts of Uzziah, the first to the last, the prophet Isaiah, the son of Amoz, has written.So Uzziah lay down with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the field of the grave which belonged to the kings, for they said,“ He had leprosy.” And his son Jotham became king in his place.

and they* said to the mountains and the rocks,“ Fall on us and hide us from the sight of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;

And He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.

And Azariah lay down with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David, and his son Jotham became king in his place.
