爾舉手禱告、我掩目不顧、爾雖多祈禱、我不俯聽、因爾殺無辜、手滿血跡、

我責爾子亦徒然、彼不受教、爾刃殺爾諸先知若猛獅殘傷、

爾殺無辜之貧者、血跡在爾衣裾、非因遇之於掘垣、乃因責爾以此諸惡事、

可歎斯邑昔為忠信、今成如妓、昔公平充盈其中、善義託處其間、今則殺人者居之、

故主天主如是云、因爾言妄誕、所言得默示、悉屬虛偽、我必罰爾、此乃主天主所言、

彼離棄我、必受禍、違逆我、必遭災、我欲救贖之、彼反言誑以逆我、

當作鐵索、因斯地滿以殺人流血之罪、邑充以強暴之事、

故主天主曰、我指己永生而誓、我必使爾遭殺戮之事、殺戮之事必追爾、爾既不憎殺戮之事、殺戮之事必追爾、

主諭我曰、以色列族與猶大族、罪愆甚重、殺人徧地、舉邑不法、彼自謂主已離棄斯地、主必不鑒察、

妄誓誑言、殺害盜竊、淫人妻室、淫人妻室或作姦淫強暴是行、徧處殺人流血、

今爾信無益之虛詞、

爾貪婪財利、虐待人民、施行強暴、爾目爾心專一於此、

彼行惡使君王歡悅、言誑使侯伯喜樂、或作彼以惡行悅君王以誑言悅侯伯

國中虔敬者已亡矣、人間正直者無有矣、眾皆設伏以殺人流血、彼此相陷陷原文作獵於網、彼此相陷於網或作彼此設網互相陷害

爾曹殺人以建郇、行惡以建耶路撒冷、長者聽訟受賄、祭司訓民圖利、先知占卜謀財、猶自以為倚賴主、曰、主在我間、禍必不臨我身、因此緣爾之故、郇邑盡成田疇、為人所耕、耶路撒冷變為瓦礫、斯殿之山、將如林中之荒邱、

偽善誑言、喪其良心、如肉被烙、

邑中富者、恆行強暴、居民好言偽妄、舌施詭詐、

惟爾人子、斯邑中殺人流血、爾責之乎、爾若責之、則使其知所作一切可憎之事、

主曰、彼逞舌言誑、若張弓發矢、於國中得勢、非以真誠、更端作惡、更端作惡原文作由惡進惡不識我、當謹防鄰里、勿信兄弟、因兄弟相欺、鄰里讒毀、各相欺誑、不言真實、舌習言誑、勞勞作惡、主諭先知曰、爾居詭詐人中、因詭詐不願識我、

曰、我賣無辜者之血有罪矣、眾曰、此與我儕何與、爾自當之、
