So shall they fear the name of Jehovah from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come as a rushing stream, which the breath of Jehovah driveth.

耶和華之名、自西而見敬、其榮自東而見畏、蓋耶和華必臨、若急流之河、為其氣所鼓也、

自日出之鄉、至日入之所、無不寅畏耶和華、敵人既至、沛然若決江河、耶和華以風回其狂瀾。○

其時由西者必敬畏主之名、由東者必敬畏主之榮、敵人既來、勢如江河氾濫、主之神必逐之、

From the west, people will fear the name of the Lord, and from the rising of the sun, they will revere his glory. For he will come like a pent-up flood that the breath of the Lord drives along.

People in the west will show respect for the Lord’ s name. People in the east will worship him because of his glory. The Lord will come like a rushing river that was held back. His breath will drive it along.

So they shall fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come like a rushing stream, which the wind of the Lord drives.

In the west, people will respect the name of the Lord; in the east, they will glorify him. For he will come like a raging flood tide driven by the breath of the Lord.

In the west, people respect the LORD’s reputation; in the east they recognize his splendor. For he comes like a rushing stream driven on by wind sent from the LORD.

So they will fear Yahweh’s name from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come as a rushing stream, which Yahweh’s breath drives.

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same Jehovah’s name is to be praised.

Therefore wait ye for me, saith Jehovah, until the day that I rise up to the prey; for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger; for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.For then will I turn to the peoples of a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him with one consent.

All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto Jehovah; And all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

Lo, these shall come from far; and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim.

But I said, I pine away, I pine away, woe is me! the treacherous have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous have dealt very treacherously.

For I know their works and their thoughts: the time cometh, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and shall see my glory.And I will set a sign among them, and I will send such as escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the nations.And they shall bring all your brethren out of all the nations for an oblation unto Jehovah, upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith Jehovah, as the children of Israel bring their oblation in a clean vessel into the house of Jehovah.

and his breath is as an overflowing stream, that reacheth even unto the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of destruction: and a bridle that causeth to err shall be in the jaws of the peoples.
