So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter.

So people stop others from doing what is fair. They keep them from doing what is right. No one tells the truth in court anymore. No one is honest there.

Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter.

Our courts oppose the righteous, and justice is nowhere to be found. Truth stumbles in the streets, and honesty has been outlawed.

无人按公义控诉，也无人凭诚实辩白；却倚靠虚妄，口说谎言，怀毒害，生罪孽。

因此律法无效，公理从未彰显。恶人围困义人，所以公理遭受扭曲。

所以，因你们践踏贫寒人，向他们勒索粮税；你们虽建造石凿的房屋，却不得住在其内；虽栽植美好的葡萄园，却不得喝其中所出的酒。

就是先知说假预言，祭司把权柄抓在自己手上，我的百姓也喜爱这样，到了结局你们要怎么办呢？”

祸哉！那些设立不义之律例的，和记录奸诈之判词的，为要扭曲贫寒人的案件，夺去我民中困苦人的理，以寡妇当作掳物，以孤儿当作掠物。

笼子怎样装满雀鸟，他们的屋里也照样充满诡诈；他们因此得以强大富足。他们肥胖光润，作恶过甚，不为人伸冤，不为孤儿伸冤，使他们胜诉，也不为贫穷人辩护。

你们审判不秉公义，抬举恶人的脸面，要到几时呢？（细拉）当为贫寒的人和孤儿伸冤，为困苦和穷乏的人施行公义。当保护贫寒和贫穷的人，救他们脱离恶人的手。他们愚昧，他们无知，在黑暗中走来走去；地的根基都摇动了。

他们因受贿赂，就称恶人为义，将义人的义夺去。

我又见日光之下，应有公平之处有奸恶，应有公义之处也有奸恶。

当听这话，雅各家的领袖，以色列家的官长啊！你们厌弃公平，在一切事上屈枉正直；以血建立锡安，以罪孽建造耶路撒冷。城里的领袖为贿赂行审判，祭司为酬劳施训诲，先知为银钱行占卜；他们却倚赖耶和华，说：“耶和华不是在我们中间吗？灾祸必不临到我们。”

忠信的城竟然变为妓女！从前充满了公平，公义居在其中，现今却有凶手居住。

祸哉，这欺压的城！悖逆，污秽，不听从命令，不领受训诲，不倚靠耶和华，不亲近它的上帝。其中的领袖是咆哮的狮子，审判官是晚上的野狼，不留一点到早晨。

他们双手善于作恶，君王和审判官都索取贿赂；位高的人吐出心中的欲望，彼此勾结。他们当中最好的，不过像蒺藜；最正直的，不过如荆棘篱笆。你守候的日子，惩罚已经来到，他们必扰乱不安。不可倚赖邻舍，不可信靠密友；甚至对躺在你怀中的妻子也要守住你的口。

你们这使公平变为茵陈，将公义丢弃于地的人哪！
