Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.

Your people will rebuild the cities that were destroyed long ago. And you will build again on the old foundations. You will be called One Who Repairs Broken Walls. You will be called One Who Makes City Streets Like New Again.

And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.

Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes.

必復築久荒之處、建夙毀之區、營累代傾圮之邑、

是日也、我將起大衛傾覆之幕、而彌其隙、興其荒墟、建之同於昔日、

蓋耶和華慰藉錫安、及其荒蕪之區、使其曠野若伊甸、沙漠若耶和華之囿、將見其中歡欣喜樂、而有稱謝謳歌之聲、○

奏王曰、如王悅之、施恩於僕、請遣我至猶大祖墓之邑、俾復建之、

論古列曰、乃為我牧、成我所悅、論耶路撒冷曰、必得建造、論聖殿曰、其基必立、

耶和華曰、時日將至、是邑必為耶和華復建、自哈楠業樓、至邑隅之門、

參巴拉聞我儕築垣、忿怒恚恨、譏笑猶大人、告其同宗、及撒瑪利亞軍旅曰、此荏弱之猶大人何為、豈欲自衛乎、豈欲獻祭乎、豈能一日成之乎、豈於瓦礫之場、復起被焚之石乎、亞捫人多比雅旁立、曰、彼所築之石牆即狐登之亦圮、我上帝歟、我儕為人蔑視、願爾垂聽、俾其所謗、歸於己首、為俘虜於異邦、勿蓋其過、勿抹其罪、彼在建築者前、激爾之怒、我儕築垣、使相連接、其高已半、以民奮志操作故也、參巴拉、多比雅、及亞拉伯人、亞捫人、亞實突人、聞建耶路撒冷城垣、厥工進行、破壞之處修補、則怒甚、

耶路撒冷荒蕪之區、其歡聲同歌、蓋耶和華已慰藉其民、救贖耶路撒冷、

耶和華又曰、我曾於見納之時聽爾、於拯救之日助爾、我必護爾、俾與庶民立約、復興斯土、使民得荒蕪之區以為業、

爾當知覺、自初命復建耶路撒冷、至有受膏之君、必歷七日、相乘以七、又歷七日、乘以六十二、其邑必復建、且有街有濠、斯時必際困難、

或告參巴拉、多比雅、亞拉伯人基善、及其餘仇敵、言我築垣既畢、無復破壞、是時、門未置扉、

以色列山岡歟、宜聽主耶和華言、主耶和華告諸山岡澗谷、荒蕪之區、委棄之邑、為四周列國遺民所刦掠譏誚者、
