凡入人之家、當先云、願此家平安、倘在此家有當得平安之人、爾所求之平安、則必臨之、不然、則歸爾矣、

基督使我儕得和、使二者為一、毀中隔之墻垣、彼以其身、廢冤仇之由、即教守儀文之律法、欲於己身使二者成為一新造之人、如是、使之得和、且以其十字架、使二者聯為一體、與天主復和、以冤仇消滅於己身、或作蓋以其十字架消滅冤仇使二者聯為一體與天主復和且來傳和平之福音、傳於爾遠者近者、

其家若堪得、爾所祈之安、則必臨之、若不堪得、爾所祈之安、仍歸於爾、

又謂之曰、爾曹往普天下、傳福音於萬民、

是以我為基督之使、如天主藉我而勸爾、我代基督、求爾與天主復和、天主使彼無罪者、為我儕成為罪、使我儕因彼成為天主之義、或作天主使彼無罪者為我儕視為有罪致我儕賴彼而得天主之義

主曰、賜人以口者誰乎、使人或瘖或聾、或明或瞽者誰乎、非我耶和華乎、今爾往、我將賜爾口才、示爾以所當言、
