這樣，讓我們藉著耶穌，常常以頌讚為祭物獻給神，這祭物就是承認他名的嘴唇所結的果子。

因為這應許是給你們和你們的兒女，以及所有在遠處的人，就是主我們的神所召來的人。」

也為我祈求，好使我在開口的時候被賜予話語，能坦然無懼地讓人明白福音的奧祕——

同時也要為我們禱告：願神給我們開福音的門，使我們能傳講基督的奧祕——我也是為此被捆鎖的，願我能照著所當說的，把這奧祕顯明出來。

神藉著耶穌基督——這一位就是萬有之主——傳和平的福音，把這話語賜給了以色列子民。

因為我將賜給你們口才和智慧，是所有反對你們的人都不能抵擋、不能駁倒的。

他用炭碰我的嘴，說：「看哪，這炭碰了你的嘴唇，你的罪孽已除掉，你的罪惡已贖清！」

「在至高之處，榮耀歸於神！在地上，平安臨到他所喜悅的人！」

你們無論進哪一家，首先要說『願這一家平安。』如果那裡有平安之子，你們的平安就會臨到他；否則，那平安就歸回你們。

因為他自己是我們的和平，他使兩者合而為一，廢除了那隔在中間仇恨的牆；以自己的身體，廢除了諭令中誡命的律法，為了把兩者在他自己裡面造成一個新人，締造和平。他在十字架上既然消除了仇恨，就藉著十字架使兩者得以在一個身體裡，與神和好；並且來傳和平的福音給你們在遠處的人，也給那些在近處的人。

如果那一家是配得的，你們的平安就臨到那一家；如果那家是不配得的，你們的平安就歸回你們。

耶穌對他們說：「你們要到全世界去，向萬人傳福音。

因此我們是基督的特使，就像神藉著我們在勸告人——我們代替基督請求說：「與神和好吧！」神使那位沒有罪的替我們成為罪，好使我們在他裡面成為神的義。
