Blessed is the one who does this— the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps their hands from doing any evil.”

Blessed is the person who does what I want them to. They are faithful in keeping the Sabbath day. They do not misuse it. They do not do what is evil on that day.”

Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath, not profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

Blessed are all those who are careful to do this. Blessed are those who honor my Sabbath days of rest and keep themselves from doing wrong.

Blessed is a man who does this, And a son of man who takes hold of it; Who keeps from profaning the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

安息日我之聖日、如爾以是日為可喜可尊、奉事乎我、不務操作、不耽宴樂、不任己意、不言虛誕、

耶和華曰、爾當謹恪、安息日勿負荷入耶路撒冷邑門。安息日勿負荷出爾室、亦勿操作、乃以安息日為聖日、遵我所諭爾祖之命、

守我安息日、可為爾我間作徵、俾知我乃耶和華、爾之上帝。

告以色列族云、必守我安息日、於爾我間、歷世為徵、則知我乃耶和華、使爾成聖。故當守安息日以為聖日、凡凟之者殺無赦、操作於是日者、必絕之民中。六日間宜操作、越至七日、則安息、是為聖日、以奉事我、凡於安息日操作者殺無赦。以色列族必守安息日、以自休憩、此乃永約。歷世勿替。

亦立我安息日、於我及彼之間為徵、俾知我乃耶和華、使之成聖。

耶和華兮、爾曹宜頌美之、寅畏耶和華、悅從厥命者、福祉永綏兮、

耶穌曰、未若聽上帝道而守之者為有福、○

爾若知此而為之、有福矣、○

惡者之謀兮弗從、罪人之途兮弗蹤、侮慢之位不居兮、福祉來降。以耶和華之律法為悅、思之維之、夜以繼日。譬彼林木、植於溪旁、隨時結果、其葉青蒼、百事允臧。

當以安息日為聖日、永誌勿忘。

耶和華兮、孰得陟爾聖山、居爾室兮、所行惟義、坦然平直兮、所言無偽、肫然真實兮、不背友朋、不誹人兮、不出惡言、辱里鄰兮、維彼誕妄兮、則擯棄之、寅畏耶和華兮、則恭敬止、願既許兮、雖己有損、不易其志兮。不貸人金、重權其子母兮、不受苞苴、害彼無辜兮、凡若此、是以無傾跌之虞兮。

上帝施恩、蓋人愆尤、以踐前言、凡畏耶和華者、當滌除其惡。

棄惡從善、恆得安居兮、

我責猶大世職曰、爾奚犯安息日、多行不義。

宜守我安息日、敬我聖室、我耶和華所命如此。

智人恐懼而避惡、愚人矜誇而縱欲。

勿偏於左、勿偏於右、見惡則遠之。

守誡者、福必及之、可得生命、樹果入於邑門、

異邦之人、歸誠於我、供我役事、敬愛我耶和華名、若予臣僕、守我安息日而不凟、遵我誓約而不爽、

余跬步自謹、不行惡途、欲守爾道兮、

所行平直、從耶和華律例者、可納福祉兮、守其法度、盡心求主者、錫以純嘏兮、彼從主道、不蹈愆尤兮、主命斯人、遵守其命、甚黽勉兮。願我立品不淆、遵爾禮儀兮、

凡受閹之人、守予安息日、從予所悅懌、不爽盟約、我之宅第、必賜彼居處、其名不朽、較子女眾多者為多福。

人苟秉公行義、歷久弗渝、則福祉永綏兮、

守遺訓而不失、則可得生。

行義之人、遠乎諸惡、守道之士、保其生命。

越至七日、則耶和華、爾上帝之安息日也、是日、爾與子女僕婢牲畜、及遠人主於爾家者、皆勿操作、

寅畏耶和華、遵從其道者、必蒙綏祉兮、

自義在所必戒、妄為尤所當絕、惟上帝是畏、患難可避。

棄惡歸善、和衷共濟。
