遵從斯道、固守弗失、守安息日而弗凟、束手而不作惡、則有福祉。

守安息日而不褻瀆、禁己手而不作惡、人如是行、如是持守、即為有福、

Blessed is the one who does this— the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps their hands from doing any evil.”

Blessed is the person who does what I want them to. They are faithful in keeping the Sabbath day. They do not misuse it. They do not do what is evil on that day.”

Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath, not profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

Blessed are all those who are careful to do this. Blessed are those who honor my Sabbath days of rest and keep themselves from doing wrong.

Happy is the person who does this, the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.

Blessed is a man who does this, And a son of man who takes hold of it; Who keeps from profaning the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

“你若在安息日掉转你的脚步，在我圣日不以操作为喜乐，称安息日为可喜乐的，称耶和华的圣日为可尊重的；而且尊敬这日，不办自己的私事，不随自己的私意，不说自己的私话，

耶和华如此说：你们要谨慎，不要在安息日担什么担子进入耶路撒冷的各门；也不要在安息日从家中担出担子去。无论何工都不可做，只要以安息日为圣日，正如我所吩咐你们列祖的。’

且以我的安息日为圣。这日在我与你们中间为证据，使你们知道我是耶和华你们的神。

“你要吩咐以色列人说：‘你们务要守我的安息日；因为这是你我之间世世代代的证据，使你们知道我耶和华是叫你们成为圣的。所以你们要守安息日，以为圣日。凡干犯这日的，必要把他治死；凡在这日做工的，必从民中剪除。六日要做工，但第七日是安息圣日，是向耶和华守为圣的。凡在安息日做工的，必要把他治死。’故此，以色列人要世世代代守安息日为永远的约。

又将我的安息日赐给他们，好在我与他们中间为证据，使他们知道我耶和华是叫他们成为圣的。

你们要赞美耶和华！敬畏耶和华，甚喜爱他命令的，这人便为有福！

耶稣说：“是，却还不如听神之道而遵守的人有福。”

你们既知道这事，若是去行就有福了。

不从恶人的计谋，不站罪人的道路，不坐亵慢人的座位，惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福！他要像一棵树栽在溪水旁，按时候结果子，叶子也不枯干。凡他所做的尽都顺利。

“当记念安息日，守为圣日。

耶和华啊，谁能寄居你的帐幕？谁能住在你的圣山？就是行为正直、做事公义、心里说实话的人。他不以舌头谗谤人，不恶待朋友，也不随伙毁谤邻里。他眼中藐视匪类，却尊重那敬畏耶和华的人。他发了誓，虽然自己吃亏也不更改。他不放债取利，不受贿赂以害无辜。行这些事的人必永不动摇。

因怜悯诚实，罪孽得赎；敬畏耶和华的，远离恶事。

你当离恶行善，就可永远安居。

我就斥责犹大的贵胄说：“你们怎么行这恶事犯了安息日呢？

你们要守我的安息日，敬我的圣所。我是耶和华。

智慧人惧怕，就远离恶事；愚妄人却狂傲自恃。

不可偏向左右；要使你的脚离开邪恶。

那些洗净自己衣服的有福了！可得权柄能到生命树那里，也能从门进城。

还有那些与耶和华联合的外邦人，要侍奉他，要爱耶和华的名，要作他的仆人，就是凡守安息日不干犯，又持守他约的人。

我禁止我脚走一切的邪路，为要遵守你的话。

行为完全、遵行耶和华律法的，这人便为有福！遵守他的法度、一心寻求他的，这人便为有福！这人不做非义的事，但遵行他的道。耶和华啊，你曾将你的训词吩咐我们，为要我们殷勤遵守。但愿我行事坚定，得以遵守你的律例。

因为耶和华如此说：“那些谨守我的安息日，拣选我所喜悦的事，持守我约的太监，

凡遵守公平、常行公义的，这人便为有福！

要持定训诲，不可放松；必当谨守，因为它是你的生命。

正直人的道是远离恶事；谨守己路的，是保全性命。

但第七日是向耶和华你神当守的安息日。这一日你和你的儿女、仆婢、牲畜，并你城里寄居的客旅，无论何工都不可做；

凡敬畏耶和华、遵行他道的人便为有福！

你持守这个为美，那个也不要松手；因为敬畏神的人，必从这两样出来。

要离恶行善，寻求和睦，一心追赶。

主人来到，看见仆人这样行，那仆人就有福了。

爱人不可虚假。恶，要厌恶；善，要亲近。
