遵從斯道、固守弗失、守安息日而弗凟、束手而不作惡、則有福祉。

守安息日而不褻瀆、禁己手而不作惡、人如是行、如是持守、即為有福、

Blessed is the one who does this— the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps their hands from doing any evil.”

Blessed is the person who does what I want them to. They are faithful in keeping the Sabbath day. They do not misuse it. They do not do what is evil on that day.”

Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath, not profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

Blessed are all those who are careful to do this. Blessed are those who honor my Sabbath days of rest and keep themselves from doing wrong.

Happy is the person who does this, the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.

Blessed is a man who does this, And a son of man who takes hold of it; Who keeps from profaning the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

Blessed is the man who does this, And the son of man who lays hold on it; Who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

「『如果你們遵守安息日，在我的聖日不做私事，以安息日為樂，尊崇我的聖日，不隨意而行，不妄自說話，

耶和華說，如果你們想保住性命，就要小心，不要在安息日帶貨物進耶路撒冷的城門，也不要從家中運出貨物，不要在安息日做任何工作。要按照我對你們祖先的吩咐守安息日為聖日。

尊我定的安息日為聖日，作為我與你們之間的記號，使你們知道我是你們的上帝耶和華。

「你要吩咐以色列百姓務必守我的安息日，因為這是我與你們之間世世代代的記號，叫你們知道使你們聖潔的是我耶和華。你們要守安息日，以它為聖日。凡不守這誡命的，必被處死。凡在這天工作的，必從民中被剷除。一週要工作六天，第七天是莊嚴的安息日，是耶和華的聖日。凡在安息日做工的，必被處死。因此，以色列人世世代代都要守安息日，作為永久的約，

我又讓他們遵守我的安息日，作為我與他們之間的記號，好叫他們知道是我耶和華使他們成為聖潔之民。

你們要讚美耶和華！敬畏耶和華、樂於遵行祂命令的人有福了！

耶穌回答說：「但那聽了上帝的話又去遵行的人更有福。」

既然你們明白這個道理，如果去實踐，就有福了。

不從惡人的計謀，不與罪人為伍，不和輕慢上帝的人同流合污，只喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜默誦，這樣的人有福了！

「要記住安息日，守為聖日。

耶和華啊，誰能住在你的聖所？誰能安居在你的聖山？就是品行純全，做事公正，說話誠實的人。他不說譭謗的話，不惡待鄰人，不造謠生事。他鄙視惡人，尊重那些敬畏耶和華的人。他起了誓，即使吃虧也不背誓。他不放債取利，也不受賄去坑害無辜。這樣的人必永遠堅立不搖。

慈愛和忠信可讓罪惡得贖，敬畏耶和華使人遠離罪惡。

你要離惡行善，就必永遠安居。

我斥責猶大的貴族說：「你們為何做這惡事干犯安息日？

要遵守我的安息日，敬畏我的聖所。我是耶和華。

智者小心謹慎，遠離惡事；愚人驕傲自負，行事魯莽。

不可偏右偏左，要遠離惡事。

那些洗淨自己衣裳的人有福了！他們有權吃生命樹的果子，也可以從城門進入城中。

至於那些皈依耶和華、事奉祂、愛祂的名、做祂的僕人、謹守而不褻瀆安息日、持守祂的約的外族人，

我聽從你的話，拒絕走惡道。

行為正直、遵行耶和華律法的人有福了！遵守祂的法度、全心尋求祂的人有福了！他們不做不義的事，只照祂的旨意而行。耶和華啊，你已經賜下法則，叫我們竭力遵行。我渴望堅定地遵從你的律例。

因為耶和華說：「如果太監遵守我的安息日、做我喜悅的事、持守我的約，

那些行事公正，持守公義的人有福了。

你要持守教誨，不要鬆懈；要守護好，因為那是你的生命。

正直人的大道遠離罪惡，堅守正道的保全性命。

但第七天是你的上帝耶和華的安息日，這一天你和兒女、僕婢、牲畜及你那裡的外族人不可做任何工。

敬畏耶和華、遵行祂旨意的人有福了！

最好是持守這個教訓也不放鬆那個教訓，因為敬畏上帝的人必避免兩個極端。

要棄惡行善，竭力追求和睦。

主人回家時，看見他盡忠職守，他就有福了。

不可虛情假意地愛人。要嫉惡如仇，一心向善。
