耶和華曰、我所思所為、與爾比擬、相去奚啻霄壤、我所思所為、高出於爾遠矣。

主曰、我之意迥非爾之意、我之途迥非爾之途、

“ My thoughts are not like your thoughts. And your ways are not like my ways,” announces the Lord.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.

“ My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord.“ And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.

“ For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways.” This is the LORD’s declaration.

“ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord.

“ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith Jehovah.

“ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways.” This is the Lord’s declaration.

For my thoughts[ are] not your thoughts, neither[ are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

“ Indeed, my plans are not like your plans, and my deeds are not like your deeds,

“ For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh.

How great are your works, Lord, how profound your thoughts!

Many, Lord my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds, they would be too many to declare.

Yet the Israelites say,‘ The way of the Lord is not just.’ Are my ways unjust, people of Israel? Is it not your ways that are unjust?

Who is wise? Let them realize these things. Who is discerning? Let them understand. The ways of the Lord are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.

All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful toward those who keep the demands of his covenant.

We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

As the heavens are high and the earth is deep, so the hearts of kings are unsearchable.

The way of the guilty is devious, but the conduct of the innocent is upright.

Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just. And those who walk in pride he is able to humble.

And as if this were not enough in your sight, Sovereign Lord, you have also spoken about the future of the house of your servant— and this decree, Sovereign Lord, is for a mere human!

“ If a man divorces his wife and she leaves him and marries another man, should he return to her again? Would not the land be completely defiled? But you have lived as a prostitute with many lovers— would you now return to me?” declares the Lord.
