See, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a ruler and commander of the peoples.

I made him a witness to the nations. He became a ruler and commander over them.

See how I used him to display my power among the peoples. I made him a leader among the nations.

Since I have made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander for the peoples,

Indeed I have given him as a witness to the people, A leader and commander for the people.

So you are to know and understand that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem, until Messiah the Prince, there will be seven weeks and sixty two weeks; it will be built again, with streets and moat, even in times of distress.

“ Then I will appoint over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will feed them; he will feed them himself and be their shepherd.And I, the Lord, will be their God, and My servant David will be prince among them; I the Lord have spoken.

The zeal of the Lord of armies will accomplish this.

You have rescued me from the contentions of the people; You have placed me as head of the nations; A people whom I have not known serve me.

You call Me‘ Teacher’ and‘ Lord’; and you are correct, for so I am.

“ To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Origin of the creation of God, says this:

But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Too little to be among the clans of Judah, From you One will come forth for Me to be ruler in Israel. His times of coming forth are from long ago, From the days of eternity.”Therefore He will give them up until the time When she who is in labor has given birth. Then the remainder of His kinsmen Will return to the sons of Israel.And He will arise and shepherd His flock In the strength of the Lord, In the majesty of the name of the Lord His God. And they will remain, Because at that time He will be great To the ends of the earth.

‘ And you, Bethlehem, land of Judah, Are by no means least among the leaders of Judah; For from you will come forth a Ruler Who will shepherd My people Israel.’ ”

If anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.

To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep listen to his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything.
