Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.”

Juniper trees will grow where there used to be bushes that had thorns on them. And myrtle trees will grow where there used to be thorns. That will bring me great fame. It will be a lasting reminder of what I can do. It will stand forever.”

Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress; instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; and it shall make a name for the Lord, an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up. These events will bring great honor to the Lord’s name; they will be an everlasting sign of his power and love.”

我要在曠野種上香柏樹、金合歡樹、桃金娘樹和橄欖樹，我要在荒漠把松樹、杉樹和黃楊樹一同栽上——

黎巴嫩的榮耀——松樹、杉樹和柏樹必一同歸你，為要裝飾我聖所之地；我必使我腳所在的地方得榮耀。

但你們屬於蒙揀選的族類、君王的祭司體系、聖潔的國度，是屬神的子民；為要使你們宣揚曾召喚你們的那一位的美德——他召喚你們出黑暗，入他奇妙的光明。你們從前不是子民，但如今卻是神的子民；從前沒有蒙憐憫，但如今卻蒙了憐憫。

去供給錫安悲哀的人——賜給他們頭飾代替灰燼，喜樂的膏油代替哀慟，讚美的衣服代替沮喪的靈。這樣，他們就被稱為「公義的橡樹」，是耶和華所栽種的，為要顯出他的榮耀。

因著你們肉體的軟弱，我就按照人的說法來講，那就是，你們從前怎樣把身體的各部分獻給汙穢和罪惡做奴僕，以致罪惡；現在也要照樣把你們身體的各部分獻給義做奴僕，以致分別為聖。

因此，如果有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人；舊的已經過去，看哪，新的已經來臨。

如果有人講說，要照著神的話語講說；如果有人服事，要照著神所賜的力量服事，好讓神在一切事上藉著耶穌基督得榮耀。願榮耀和權能都歸於他，直到永永遠遠！阿們。

難道你們不知道，不義的人不會繼承神的國嗎？不要被迷惑了！無論是淫亂的、拜偶像的、通姦的、做孌童的、同性戀的、偷竊的、貪心的、酗酒的、誹謗人的、勒索人的，都不會繼承神的國。你們有些人過去是這樣，但是藉著主耶穌基督的名，藉著我們神的靈，你們已經被洗淨了，被分別為聖了，被稱為義了。

那讓自己榮耀的膀臂在摩西右邊作工，在他們面前把水分開，為自己成就永遠之名的，在哪裡呢？

那時，你的民全是義人，他們永遠繼承地土；他們是我栽種的枝子，是我手的作為，為要顯出我的榮耀。

「在至高之處，榮耀歸於神！在地上，平安臨到他所喜悅的人！」

你們結出很多果子，就表明是我的門徒了；從這一點我父也就得榮耀。

狼與小綿羊同住，豹與小山羊同臥，牛犢、少壯獅子和肥畜同群；小孩子要牽引牠們。牛與熊一同吃食，牠們的幼崽一同躺臥；獅子像牛一樣吃乾草。吃奶的嬰兒在虺蛇的洞口玩耍，斷奶的孩子按手在毒蛇的穴上。在我整個聖山上，這一切都不會帶來傷害或毀滅；因為有關耶和華的知識必充滿大地，如同眾水盈滿海洋。

這百姓是我為自己所造的，好讓他們講述對我的讚美。

大山或可移開，小山或可挪動，但我的慈愛必不離開你，我平安的約也不挪移！」這是憐憫你的耶和華說的。

我必使它荒廢，既不修剪，也不翻耕，任荊棘和蒺藜長起來；我還要吩咐烏雲不降雨水在其上。
