Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.”

Juniper trees will grow where there used to be bushes that had thorns on them. And myrtle trees will grow where there used to be thorns. That will bring me great fame. It will be a lasting reminder of what I can do. It will stand forever.”

Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress; instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; and it shall make a name for the Lord, an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up. These events will bring great honor to the Lord’s name; they will be an everlasting sign of his power and love.”

愿荣耀归给神，就是归给那能照着运行在我们里面的大能，充充足足地成就一切，超过我们所求所想的。愿荣耀在教会中和基督耶稣里归给他，直到万代，永世无穷。阿们。

我要在旷野种上香柏树、皂荚树、番石榴树和野橄榄树；我要在沙漠中栽种松树、杉树和黄杨树，

黎巴嫩的荣耀必来归你，就是松树、杉树和黄杨树，都一起归你，为要装饰我圣所之地，我也要使我踏足之处得荣耀。

然而你们是蒙拣选的族类，是君尊的祭司，是圣洁的国民，是属神的子民，为要叫你们宣扬那召你们出黑暗入奇妙光明者的美德。“你们从前不是子民，现在却是神的子民；从前未蒙怜恤，现在却蒙了怜恤。”

这城必在地上万国面前使我得名声，得喜乐（按照《马索拉文本》，“得名声，得喜乐”应作“得喜乐的名声”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译），得颂赞，得荣耀，因为万国必听见我向这城的人所施的一切福乐。他们因我向这城所施的一切福乐和平安，就都恐惧战兢。’

为锡安悲哀的人穿上装饰，赐给他们华冠代替灰尘，喜乐油代替悲哀，赞美衣代替沮丧的灵，他们必称为公义的橡树，是耶和华栽种的，好使他自己得着荣耀。

因为你们肉体的弱点，我就按一般人的话来说，你们从前怎样把你们的肢体献给不洁和不法作奴仆，以致于不法，现在也要照样把你们的肢体献给义作奴仆，以致于成圣。

他们要询问往锡安的路，又面向锡安，说：‘来吧！我们要以那永不可忘记的约与耶和华连合。’

如果有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已经过去，你看，都变成新的了！

讲道的，应当按着神的圣言讲；服事的，应当按着神所赐的力量服事，为要在一切事上，使神藉耶稣基督得荣耀。荣耀、权能都是他的，直到永永远远。阿们。

你们不知道不义的人不能承受神的国吗？不要自欺，无论是行淫乱的、拜偶像的、奸淫的、作娈童的、亲男色的、偷窃的、贪心的、醉酒的、辱骂人的或勒索的，都不能承受神的国。你们有些人从前也是这样的，但现在藉着我们主耶稣基督的名，靠着我们神的灵，都已经洗净了，圣洁了，称义了。

那使自己荣耀的膀臂在摩西的右边行走，那在他们面前把水分开，为要建立永远的名的，他在哪里呢？

你的人民都必成为义人，永远得地为业；他们是我栽种的嫩芽，我手所作的工作，使我得荣耀。

“在至高之处，荣耀归与神！在地上，平安归与他所喜悦的人！”

这样，你们结出很多果子，我父就因此得荣耀，你们也就是我的门徒了。

因为腰带怎样紧贴着人的腰，我也曾怎样使以色列全家和犹大全家紧贴着我，好使他们作我的子民，叫我得名声，得赞美，得荣耀；可是他们却不听从。’”这是耶和华的宣告。

豺狼必与绵羊羔同住，豹子要与山羊羔同卧，牛犊、幼狮和肥畜必同群；小孩子要牵引它们。牛必与母熊一同吃食，牛犊必与小熊一起躺卧；狮子就像牛一般吃草。吃奶的婴儿必在虺蛇的洞口玩耍，断奶的孩子必放他的手在毒蛇的穴上。在我整个圣山上面，这一切都不行伤害或毁灭之事；因为认识耶和华的知识要充满大地，好像海水覆盖海洋一般。

就是我为自己所造的子民，好使他们述说赞美我的话。

虽然大山可以挪开，小山可以迁移，但我的慈爱必不从你身上挪开，我和平的约也必不迁移；这是怜悯你的耶和华说的。

他们中最好的，也不过像荆棘，最正直的，也不过是有刺的篱笆。你的守望者所预言的日子，和你被鉴察的时候，已经来到；现在他们必要慌乱不安。

我要使它荒废，不再修剪，也不再耕耘，荆棘和蒺藜却要长起来；我也要吩咐云不再降雨在园子上。
