We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

你們從前好像迷路的羊，如今卻歸回你們靈魂的牧人和監督了。

因為基督也曾一次為罪受苦，就是義的代替不義的，為要引領你們到神面前。在肉體裏，他被治死；但在靈裏，他復活了。

我走迷了路如同失喪的羊，求你尋找你的僕人，因我不忘記你的命令。

耶穌被出賣，是為我們的過犯；他復活，是為使我們稱義。

就如經上所記：「沒有義人，連一個也沒有。沒有明白的，沒有尋求神的。人人偏離正路，一同走向敗壞。沒有行善的，連一個也沒有。他們的喉嚨是敞開的墳墓；他們的舌頭玩弄詭詐。他們的嘴唇裏有毒蛇的毒液，滿口是咒罵苦毒。他們的腳為殺人流血飛跑；他們的路留下毀壞和災難。和平的路，他們不認識；他們眼中不怕神。」我們知道律法所說的話都是對律法之下的人說的，好塞住各人的口，使普世的人都伏在神的審判之下。

這人該知道，使一個罪人從迷途中回轉，會從死亡中把他的靈魂救回來，而且遮蓋許多的罪。

這些狗貪食，不知飽足。這些牧人不知明辨，他們都偏行己路，人人追求自己的利益。

耶穌就用比喻對他們說：「你們中間誰有一百隻羊，失去其中的一隻，不把這九十九隻留在曠野，去找那失去的羊，直到找着呢？找到了，他就歡歡喜喜地把羊扛在肩上。他回到家裏，請朋友和鄰舍來，對他們說：『你們和我一同歡喜吧，我失去的羊已經找到了！』我告訴你們，一個罪人悔改，在天上也要這樣為他歡喜，比為九十九個不用悔改的義人歡喜還大呢！」

惡人當離棄自己的道路，不義的人應除掉自己的意念。歸向耶和華，耶和華就必憐憫他；當歸向我們的神，因為他必廣行赦免。

耶和華的旨意要壓傷他，使他受苦。當他的生命作為贖罪祭時，他必看見後裔，他的年日必然長久。耶和華所喜悅的事，必在他手中亨通。

「一個人若有一百隻羊，其中一隻走迷了路，你們的意見如何？他豈不留下這九十九隻在山上，去找那隻迷路的羊嗎？若是找到了，我實在告訴你們，他為這一隻羊歡喜，比為那沒有迷路的九十九隻歡喜還大呢！你們在天上的父也是這樣，不願意失去這些小子中的一個。」

無故恨我的，比我的頭髮還多；無理與我為仇、要把我剪除的，甚為強盛。我沒有搶奪，他們竟然要我償還！

我何時指着惡人說：『他必要死』；你若不警戒他，也不勸告他，使他離開惡行，拯救他的性命，這惡人必死在罪孽之中；我卻要從你手裏討他的血債。
