我所遣之僕、有言耶路撒冷、必有居人、猶大眾邑、必有建造、荒蕪之區、必復其初、我必使應其言。

城邑傾圮、歷年已多、荒蕪特甚、將復建造。

願天地欣喜、海中百族頌揚之兮、田疇林木、以及百物、喜樂不勝兮、

爾曹去巴比倫、迦勒底地、欣然謳歌、普告四極云、耶和華救其臣雅各家、

我導爾出、以享平康、必欣然以往、山岡緣爾謳歌、林木為爾鼓掌。

郇邑之民、以色列眾耶路撒冷人、欣喜忭樂、踴躍歡呼、我耶和華去爾災、遠爾敵、我以色列族之主耶和華、駐蹕爾中、後必無害、

耶和華謂郇邑曰、不妊不生之婦最可樂、未劬勞之女、歡聲而呼、蓋棄婦較有夫之婦、生子多矣。當廓爾居、張爾幕、索必長、釘必固、勿怠爾事。爾之子孫、寖昌寖熾、環繞左右、諸國之邑、素已荒蕪、惟爾後人、將撫而有之。

經云、不妊不生之婦、最可樂、未劬勞之女、歡聲而呼、蓋棄婦較有夫之婦、生子多矣、

先知曰、凡爾洲島之民、地極之眾、航海之人、當謳新歌、頌美耶和華。沙漠基達之民、或在鄉里、或在城邑、或在磐巖、或在岡巒、靡不大聲謳歌、

爾曹與耶路撒冷人友、憂患與共、今可欣喜懽忭、踴躍不勝。耶路撒冷人得榮光、受慰藉、爾可同樂、若子得乳。耶和華又曰、我必使彼平康、若江河之浩渺、使得諸國之貨財、若巨川之汎濫、爾曹可享厥福、若子得乳、為母提抱、擁諸懷、加諸膝、我必慰爾、若母慰子、使爾復歸耶路撒冷、

見我所造、爾恆悅懌、我建耶路撒冷、以為福地、使民懽忭靡涯。我為耶路撒冷邑民、不勝喜樂、使哀哭之聲、不聞於耳。

天地當歡呼、山岡當謳歌、蓋我耶和華、慰藉我民、罹於患難者、必加矜恤。
