How delightful it is to see approaching over the mountains the feet of a messenger who announces peace, a messenger who brings good news, who announces deliverance, who says to Zion,“ Your God reigns!”

那穿山越岭之人的脚踪是何等佳美！他带来佳音，报告平安，传递喜讯，宣布救恩，对锡安说：“你的上帝做王了。”

那传福音、宣布平安、传美好的福音、宣布救恩，又对锡安说“你的神作王了”的，他的脚踪在山上多么的美！

传好消息的人行在山上，他的脚踪多么佳美！他宣告平安，传美好的消息，宣告救恩，又对锡安说：“你的神作王了！”

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion,“ Your God reigns!”

What a beautiful sight it is to see messengers coming with good news! How beautiful to see them coming down from the mountains with a message about peace! How wonderful it is when they bring the good news that we are saved! How wonderful when they say to Zion,“ Your God rules!”

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion,“ Your God reigns.”

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the herald, who proclaims peace, who brings news of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion,“ Your God reigns!”

And how are they to believe in one they have not heard of? And how are they to hear without someone preaching to them?And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written,“ How timely is the arrival of those who proclaim the good news.”

( 2: 1) Look! A herald is running on the mountains! A messenger is proclaiming deliverance:“ Celebrate your sacred festivals, O Judah! Fulfill your sacred vows to praise God! For never again will the wicked Assyrians invade you, they have been completely destroyed.”

Go up on a high mountain, O herald Zion! Shout out loudly, O herald Jerusalem! Shout, don’t be afraid! Say to the towns of Judah,“ Here is your God!”

The spirit of the sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has chosen me. He has commissioned me to encourage the poor, to help the brokenhearted, to decree the release of captives, and the freeing of prisoners,to announce the year when the LORD will show his favor, the day when our God will seek vengeance, to console all who mourn,to strengthen those who mourn in Zion, by giving them a turban, instead of ashes, oil symbolizing joy, instead of mourning, a garment symbolizing praise, instead of discouragement. They will be called oaks of righteousness, trees planted by the LORD to reveal his splendor.

The LORD reigns! He is robed in majesty, the LORD is robed, he wears strength around his waist. Indeed, the world is established, it cannot be moved.

He said to them,“ Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

The full moon will be covered up, the bright sun will be darkened; for the LORD who commands armies will rule on Mount Zion in Jerusalem in the presence of his assembly, in majestic splendor.

Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Look! Your king is coming to you: he is legitimate and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey– on a young donkey, the foal of a female donkey.

Then Jesus came up and said to them,“ All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

But the angel said to them,“ Do not be afraid! Listen carefully, for I proclaim to you good news that brings great joy to all the people:

by fitting your feet with the preparation that comes from the good news of peace,

Say among the nations,“ The LORD reigns! The world is established, it cannot be moved. He judges the nations fairly.”

The LORD reigns! The nations tremble. He sits enthroned above the winged angels; the earth shakes.

I will transform the lame into the nucleus of a new nation, and those far off into a mighty nation. The LORD will reign over them on Mount Zion, from that day forward and forevermore.”

For the LORD, our ruler, the LORD, our commander, the LORD, our king– he will deliver us.

Listen! My lover is approaching! Look! Here he comes, leaping over the mountains, bounding over the hills!

You know the message he sent to the people of Israel, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ( he is Lord of all)–you know what happened throughout Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John announced:with respect to Jesus from Nazareth, that God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with him.

The Lord speaks; many, many women spread the good news.

Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.”

Then I saw another angel flying directly overhead, and he had an eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth– to every nation, tribe, language, and people.

and repentance for the forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.

First the gospel must be preached to all nations.

Then the king will say to those on his right,‘ Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

Angrily wipe them out! Wipe them out so they vanish! Let them know that God rules in Jacob and to the ends of the earth!( Selah)

The LORD reigns! Let the earth be happy! Let the many coastlands rejoice!
