For this is what the Lord says:“ You were sold for nothing, and you will be redeemed without money.”

耶和华如此说：“你们是无价被卖的，也必无银被赎。

耶和华如此说：“你们白白地被卖，也必不用银子赎回。”

耶和华说：“你们被卖未得分文，你们被赎回也不需分文。”

耶和华这样说：“你们被卖是毫无代价的，你们被赎回也必不用银子。”

因为耶和华如此说：“你们被卖既是无偿的，你们被赎也不用银钱。”

For this is what the Lord says:“ You were sold for nothing, and without money you will be redeemed.”

The Lord says,“ When you were sold as slaves, no one paid anything for you. Now no one will pay any money to set you free.”

For thus says the Lord:“ You were sold for nothing, and you shall be redeemed without money.”

For this is what the Lord says:“ When I sold you into exile, I received no payment. Now I can redeem you without having to pay for you.”

For this is what the LORD says:“ You were sold for nothing, and you will be redeemed without silver.”

For thus says the Lord:“ You have sold yourselves for nothing, And you shall be redeemed without money.”

For thus saith Jehovah, Ye were sold for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.

I have stirred him in righteousness, And I will make all his ways smooth. He will build My city and let My exiles go free, Without any payment or reward,” says the Lord of armies.

knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers,

This is what the Lord says:“ Where is the certificate of divorce By which I have sent your mother away? Or to whom of My creditors did I sell you? Behold, you were sold for your wrongdoings, And for your wrongful acts your mother was sent away.

I will give your wealth and your treasures As plunder without cost, For all your sins And within all your borders.

For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am fleshly, sold into bondage to sin.For I do not understand what I am doing; for I am not practicing what I want to do, but I do the very thing I hate.However, if I do the very thing I do not want to do, I agree with the Law, that the Law is good.But now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin that dwells in me.For I know that good does not dwell in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not.For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want.But if I do the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin that dwells in me.I find then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good.For I joyfully agree with the law of God in the inner person,but I see a different law in the parts of my body waging war against the law of my mind, and making me a prisoner of the law of sin, the law which is in my body’s parts.Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.
