Awake, awake, arm of the Lord, clothe yourself with strength! Awake, as in days gone by, as in generations of old. Was it not you who cut Rahab to pieces, who pierced that monster through?

Wake up, arm of the Lord! Wake up! Dress yourself with strength as if it were your clothes! Wake up, just as you did in the past. Wake up, as you did long ago. Didn’t you cut Rahab to pieces? Didn’t you stab that sea monster to death?

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in days of old, the generations of long ago. Was it not you who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the dragon?

Wake up, wake up, O Lord! Clothe yourself with strength! Flex your mighty right arm! Rouse yourself as in the days of old when you slew Egypt, the dragon of the Nile.

Wake up, wake up! Arm of the LORD, clothe yourself with strength. Wake up as in days past, as in generations long ago. Wasn’t it you who hacked Rahab to pieces, who pierced the sea monster?

Wake up, wake up! Put on the strength of the Lord’s power. Wake up as in days past, as in generations of long ago. Wasn’t it You who hacked Rahab to pieces, who pierced the sea monster?

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old.[ Art] thou not it that hath cut Rahab,[ and] wounded the dragon?

Wake up! Wake up! Clothe yourself with strength, O arm of the LORD! Wake up as in former times, as in antiquity! Did you not smash the Proud One? Did you not wound the sea monster?

你以你的力量分开了海洋，打碎了众水中巨兽的头。你压碎了水怪的头，把它赐给旷野中的人和兽作食物。

锡安哪，醒来，醒来，以你的力量为衣！圣城耶路撒冷啊，穿上你华美的衣服！因为没有受割礼的和不洁净的人，再也不得进到你那里。

到那日，耶和华必用他严酷、巨大、有力的刀，惩罚利维亚坦，就是那逃窜的蛇；惩罚利维亚坦，就是那蜷曲的蛇；并且杀死海中的巨兽。

耶路撒冷啊，唤醒自己，唤醒自己，站起来吧！你从耶和华手中喝了他怒火之杯，喝尽了那使人踉跄的杯盏。

埃及的帮助是虚空的、徒然的，因此我称它为“静止不动的拉哈伯”。

是你压碎拉哈伯，使它如同被刺透的人；你用大力的膀臂打散你的仇敌。

耶和华啊，求你在怒气中起来！求你挺身而起对抗我敌人的盛怒，求你为我醒来！你已经下令施行审判。

耶和华指着自己的右手和大能的膀臂起誓：“我绝不再把你的五谷给你的仇敌作食物，外邦人也不再喝你辛劳所得的新酒。

神哪，你在古时，在我们祖先的日子里所做的事，我们亲耳听见了，我们的祖先也向我们讲述过。

“在认识我的人中，我要提起拉哈伯和巴比伦；看哪，还有非利士、提尔与库实，我说：‘这一个出生在那里！’”

主啊，求你醒起！你为什么还在沉睡？求你醒来，不要永久抛弃我们！

他看见没有一人行善，他震惊没有一人代求；于是他自己的膀臂为他带来了拯救，他自己的公义扶助了他。他以公义为铠甲穿上，以救恩为头盔戴上，以报复为衣服穿上，以热心为外袍披上。

我的公义临近了，我的救恩已经发出，我的膀臂必审判万民。众海岛都等候我，期盼我的膀臂。

我们所传的，有谁相信了？耶和华的膀臂向谁显现了？

耶和华作王，他以威严为衣；耶和华以威严为衣，以力量束腰；世界就被确立，不致动摇！

耶和华啊，愿你因你的力量受尊崇！我们要歌唱，歌颂你的大能。

他用膀臂施展大能，驱散那些心思意念骄傲的人。

这是为要应验先知以赛亚所说的话：“主啊，我们所传的，有谁相信了？主的膀臂，向谁显示了？”

我没有过犯，他们却跑来，预备好攻击我。求你起来帮助我，求你查看！

于是那巨龙被摔了下来。它就是那古蛇，被称为魔鬼和撒旦，那迷惑普天下的。它被摔在地上，它的使者们也与它一起被摔了下来。

那时主像从沉睡中醒过来，像勇士因酒而欢呼。

说：“主、神、全能者啊，今在、昔在的那一位啊！我们感谢你！因为你得了你的大权能，做王了。
