The Sovereign Lord has given me a well- instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.

The Lord and King has taught me what to say. He has taught me how to help those who are tired. He wakes me up every morning. He makes me want to listen like a good student.

The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary. Morning by morning he awakens; he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught.

The Sovereign Lord has given me his words of wisdom, so that I know how to comfort the weary. Morning by morning he wakens me and opens my understanding to his will.

大家都讚許他，對他口裡所發出的恩典的話語感到驚奇，又說：「這不就是約瑟的兒子嗎？」

求你使我在清晨聽見你慈愛的聲音，因為我依靠你；求你使我明白我當走的道路，因為我的靈魂仰望你。

沒有人能回答他一句話。從那天起，再也沒有人敢質問耶穌了。

「所有勞苦和背負重擔的人哪，到我這裡來吧！我將使你們得到安息。

他來到自己的家鄉，在他們的會堂裡教導人，以致他們驚嘆不已，說：「這個人的這種智慧和能力是從哪裡來的呢？

那至高至尊、永遠長存、名為至聖者的如此說：「我住在至高至聖的地方，也與靈裡痛悔的人和謙卑的人同在，使謙卑的人靈裡復甦，使痛悔的人心裡復甦。我必不永遠責備，也不長久發怒，否則人的靈——我所造的生命氣息，在我面前就會衰竭。我因他貪婪的罪孽就發怒擊打他，我向他隱藏、發怒；他卻仍然隨著自己的心意背道而行。我已看見他的道路，但我還是要治癒他、引導他，使他和那些為他悲哀的人重得安慰，並使他結出嘴唇的果實：平安！平安歸於遠處的人，也歸於近處的人！我要治癒他。」這是耶和華說的。

耶和華啊，清晨你必聽我的聲音，清晨我向你陳明心意，切切守望！

你比世人更美，恩惠澆灌在你的嘴唇上，因此神祝福你，直到永遠。

差役們回答：「從來沒有人像這個人那樣講話！」
