The Sovereign Lord has given me a well- instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.

The Lord and King has taught me what to say. He has taught me how to help those who are tired. He wakes me up every morning. He makes me want to listen like a good student.

The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary. Morning by morning he awakens; he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught.

The Sovereign Lord has given me his words of wisdom, so that I know how to comfort the weary. Morning by morning he wakens me and opens my understanding to his will.

因為我會賜給你們口才、智慧，使你們的仇敵全無反駁的餘地。

然後，耶和華伸手摸我的口，對我說：「看啊，我已把我的話放在你口中。

猶太人感到驚奇，說：「這個人沒有受過教育，怎麼懂得這麼多呢？」耶穌說：「我的教導不是出於我自己，而是出於差我來的那位。如果你們願意遵行上帝的旨意，就能分辨這些教導是出於上帝，還是出於我自己。

耶和華對他說：「是誰造人的口舌？是誰使人變成啞巴或聾子？是誰使人目明或眼瞎？不都是我耶和華嗎？去吧！我必賜給你口才，指示你說什麼話。」

一句話說得合宜，就像金蘋果放在銀器裡。

應對得體，心中愉快；言語合宜，何等美好！

天不亮，我就起來呼求你的幫助，你的話語是我的盼望。

大家都稱讚祂，聽見祂那些充滿恩典的話，都感到驚奇，就說：「這不是約瑟的兒子嗎？」

求你讓我在清晨就聽見你的慈言愛語，因為我信靠你；求你指示我當走的路，因為我的心仰望你。

沒人能回答耶穌的問題。從此再沒有人敢用問題來刁難耶穌了。

「所有勞苦困乏、背負重擔的人啊，到我這裡來吧！我要賜給你們安息。

回到自己的家鄉拿撒勒，在會堂裡教導人。人們很驚奇，說：「這個人從哪裡得到如此的智慧和神奇的能力呢？

那至高至上、永遠長存的聖者說：「我住在至高至聖之處，但我也跟痛悔、謙卑的人同住，使他們心靈振作。我不會永遠指責，也不會一直發怒，以免世人——我所造的生靈昏倒。他們貪婪的罪惡使我發怒，我懲罰他們，憤怒地轉臉不理他們，他們卻怙惡不悛。我看見了他們的所作所為，但我還是要醫治他們，引領他們，使他們和那些哀傷的人得安慰，使他們開口讚美。願遠近各方的人都得到平安！我要醫治他們。這是耶和華說的。

耶和華啊！早晨你聽我的禱告。早晨我到你面前祈求，切切等候。

你俊美無比，口出恩言，因此上帝永遠賜福給你。

差役答道：「從未有人像祂那樣說話！」
