爾中誰畏耶和華、而聽其僕之聲乎、行於幽暗、不得光明者、宜恃耶和華名、賴其上帝、

爾中誰畏耶和華、而聽其臣之命者、若行暗地、不得光明、必以上帝耶和華是恃。

爾中誰畏主而聽其僕之命、行於暗中、不得光明者、當恃主名、仰賴己之天主、

Who among you fears the Lord and obeys the word of his servant? Let the one who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the Lord and rely on their God.

Does anyone among you have respect for the Lord? Does anyone obey the message of the Lord’ s servant? Let the person who walks in the dark trust in the Lord. Let the one who doesn’t have any light to guide them depend on their God.

Who among you fears the Lord and obeys his servant? If you are walking in darkness, without a ray of light, trust in the Lord and rely on your God.

Who among you fears the LORD and listens to his servant? Who among you walks in darkness, and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the LORD; let him lean on his God.

Who is among you who fears the Lord, Who obeys the voice of His servant, Who walks in darkness and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord and rely on his God.

Who among you fears the Lord, listening to the voice of His Servant? Who among you walks in darkness, and has no light? Let him trust in the name of Yahweh; let him lean on his God.

Who[ is] among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh[ in] darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.

Who among you fears the LORD? Who obeys his servant? Whoever walks in deep darkness, without light, should trust in the name of the LORD and rely on his God.

Who among you fears Yahweh and obeys the voice of his servant? He who walks in darkness and has no light, let him trust in Yahweh’s name, and rely on his God.

I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness.

casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone.

The friendship of the Lord is for those who fear him, and he makes known to them his covenant.

But as for me, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.I will bear the indignation of the Lord because I have sinned against him, until he pleads my cause and executes judgment for me. He will bring me out to the light; I shall look upon his vindication.

And being made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him,

The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.

“ Behold, I go forward, but he is not there, and backward, but I do not perceive him;on the left hand when he is working, I do not behold him; he turns to the right hand, but I do not see him.But he knows the way that I take; when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold.

Who is the man who fears the Lord? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose.

when his lamp shone upon my head, and by his light I walked through darkness,

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.

The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary. Morning by morning he awakens; he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught.

For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself.Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death. But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead.He delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will deliver us again.

Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.

The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah

The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.

Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways!

I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!

And they rose early in the morning and went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. And when they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said,“ Hear me, Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem! Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be established; believe his prophets, and you will succeed.”

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments!

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying,“ I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.

Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another. The Lord paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the Lord and esteemed his name.

I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry.He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure.He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord.Blessed is the man who makes the Lord his trust, who does not turn to the proud, to those who go astray after a lie!

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied; by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant, make many to be accounted righteous, and he shall bear their iniquities.

He made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me a polished arrow; in his quiver he hid me away.And he said to me,“ You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will be glorified.”

And David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because all the people were bitter in soul, each for his sons and daughters. But David strengthened himself in the Lord his God.

Behold my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen, in whom my soul delights; I have put my Spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the nations.

Though he slay me, I will hope in him; yet I will argue my ways to his face.

And when they prevailed over them, the Hagrites and all who were with them were given into their hands, for they cried out to God in the battle, and he granted their urgent plea because they trusted in him.

O our God, will you not execute judgment on them? For we are powerless against this great horde that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.”

Therefore justice is far from us, and righteousness does not overtake us; we hope for light, and behold, darkness, and for brightness, but we walk in gloom.
