那些不断建房置田、占光土地、独居其中的人有祸了！

那些使房屋連接房屋，使田地連接田地，以致不留餘地的人，有禍了！你們只可以獨居在境內。

有禍啊！那些使房屋連接房屋，使田地毗連田地，以致不留餘地，而你們只好獨居境內！

禍哉！你們這樣的人！你們使房屋連著房屋，田地接著田地，以致沒有多餘的空間，好獨自居住在那地當中。

增其第宅、廣其田疇、致無隙地、獨居於中、禍哉其人、

強據宅第、多得土田、不遺隙地、推其意、幾欲獨攬遍境、深可疾也、

禍哉、爾曹增室於室、增田於田、以致不遺隙地、爾欲獨居斯地乎、

Woe to you who add house to house and join field to field till no space is left and you live alone in the land.

How terrible it will be for you who get too many houses! How terrible for you who get too many fields! Finally there won’t be any space left in the land. Then you will live all alone.

Woe to those who join house to house, who add field to field, until there is no more room, and you are made to dwell alone in the midst of the land.

What sorrow for you who buy up house after house and field after field, until everyone is evicted and you live alone in the land.

耶和华说：“约西亚的儿子犹大王约雅敬啊，你有祸了！你以不公不义的手段建造宫廷殿宇，不给工人发工钱。你说要为自己建造宏伟的宫殿、宽敞的房间。你安上窗户，镶上香柏木，涂上红漆。难道你大肆使用香柏木就能显出你做王的气派吗？你父亲也吃也喝，但他秉公行义，所以他凡事顺利；他为困苦和贫穷的人申冤，所以他凡事顺利。这才是真正认识我。这是耶和华说的。可是，你一心贪图不义之财，滥杀无辜，横征暴敛。”

亚哈听说拿伯死了，就起来，下去霸占拿伯的葡萄园。耶和华对提斯比人以利亚说：“你去撒玛利亚见以色列王亚哈，他正在拿伯的葡萄园，他到那里要霸占那葡萄园。你要对他说，‘耶和华说，你杀了人，还要夺他的产业吗？’然后告诉他，耶和华说，‘狗在哪里舔拿伯的血，也必在哪里舔你的血。’”亚哈见了以利亚，说：“我的对头啊，你又来了！”以利亚说：“我又来了，因为你一心做耶和华视为恶的事。

耶稣又讲了一个比喻，说：“有一个富翁，他的田里大丰收，于是心里盘算，‘我储藏农产的地方不够了，怎么办呢？’于是他说，‘不如把原有的仓库拆掉，建几座更大的，好储藏我所有的粮食和财物！那时，我就可以对自己说，“你积存这么多财产，一生享用不尽，现在大可高枕无忧、尽情地吃喝玩乐吧！”’但上帝对他说，‘无知的人啊，今晚就要取走你的命！你所预备的一切留给谁享用呢？’”耶稣说：“这就是那些只顾为自己积财、在上帝面前却不富足之人的写照。”耶稣继续对门徒说：“所以，我告诉你们，不要为生活忧虑，如吃什么，也不要为身体忧虑，如穿什么。因为生命比饮食重要，身体比穿着重要。你们看，乌鸦不种也不收，没仓也没库，上帝尚且养活它们，你们比飞鸟不知要贵重多少！

“人子啊，留在耶路撒冷的居民会这样谈论你、你的亲人和一切被掳的以色列人，说，‘他们远离了耶和华，这地方已经给了我们。’

“人子啊，那些住在以色列废墟中的人说，‘亚伯拉罕一人尚且能拥有这片土地，我们这么多人更能拥有这片土地为业。’

“虚伪的律法教师和法利赛人啊，你们有祸了！因为你们当着人们的面关闭天国之门，自己不进去，也不让别人进去。
