因此，火舌怎样吞灭碎秸，干草怎样落在火焰之中，照样，他们的根必像腐朽之物，他们的花必像尘土飞扬；因为他们弃绝万军之耶和华的训诲，藐视以色列圣者的话。

因此，火舌怎样吞噬麦秸，干草怎样倒在火焰中，照样，他们的根也必像腐朽之物，他们的花必像尘土飞散；因为他们厌弃万军之耶和华的训诲，藐视以色列圣者的言语。

故若禾稿焚於火、枯草銷於焰、其根將朽、其花飛揚若塵、因其廢棄萬軍耶和華之律、藐視以色列聖者之言、

耶和華萬有之真宰、以色列族之聖主、定律例、立法度、彼蔑棄之、藐視之、故必敗亡、若火之燬稈、若燄之燃蒭、本實必撥、花蕊必謝、

故其根必若朽物、其花飛散如塵、勢如火焰焚稈、烈焰燬芻、因彼違棄萬有之主之法、藐視以色列聖主之言、

Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Flames of fire burn up straw. Dry grass sinks down into those flames. Evil people will be like plants whose roots rot away. They will be like flowers that are blown away like dust. That’s because they have said no to the law of the Lord who rules over all. They have turned against the message of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root will be as rottenness, and their blossom go up like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord of hosts, and have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, just as fire licks up stubble and dry grass shrivels in the flame, so their roots will rot and their flowers wither. For they have rejected the law of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies; they have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as a tongue of fire consumes straw and as dry grass shrivels in the flame, so their roots will become like something rotten and their blossoms will blow away like dust, for they have rejected the instruction of the LORD of Armies, and they have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as a tongue of fire consumes stubble, And dry grass collapses in the flame, So their root will become like rot, and their blossom blow away like dust; For they have rejected the Law of the Lord of armies, And discarded the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as the fire devours the stubble, And the flame consumes the chaff, So their root will be as rottenness, And their blossom will ascend like dust; Because they have rejected the law of the Lord of hosts, And despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore as the tongue of fire devoureth the stubble, and as the dry grass sinketh down in the flame, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust; because they have rejected the law of Jehovah of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as a tongue of fire consumes straw and as dry grass shrivels in the flame, so their roots will become like something rotten and their blossoms will blow away like dust, for they have rejected the instruction of the Lord of Hosts, and they have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff,[ so] their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, as flaming fire devours straw, and dry grass disintegrates in the flames, so their root will rot, and their flower will blow away like dust. For they have rejected the law of the LORD who commands armies, they have spurned the commands of the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as the dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust, because they have rejected the law of Yahweh of Armies, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

下边，他的根本要枯干；上边，他的枝子要剪除。

所以，以色列的圣者如此说：“因为你们藐视这训诲的话，倚赖欺压和乖僻，以此为可靠的，

在山顶蹦跳的响声如车辆的响声，又如火焰烧碎秸的响声，好像强盛的民摆阵预备打仗。

他们要像碎秸被火焚烧，不能救自己脱离火焰之力；这火并非可烤的炭火，也不是可以坐在其前的火。

你大发威严，推翻那些起来攻击你的；你发出烈怒如火，烧灭他们像烧碎秸一样。

因为他们是悖逆的百姓、说谎的儿女，不肯听从耶和华训诲的儿女。

他手里拿着簸箕，要扬净他的场，把麦子收在仓里，把糠用不灭的火烧尽了。”

撒母耳对扫罗说：“我不同你回去；因为你厌弃耶和华的命令，耶和华也厌弃你作以色列的王。”

所以，那弃绝的，不是弃绝人，乃是弃绝那赐圣灵给你们的神。

又对门徒说：“听从你们的就是听从我；弃绝你们的就是弃绝我；弃绝我的就是弃绝那差我来的。”

悖逆的罪与行邪术的罪相等；顽梗的罪与拜虚神和偶像的罪相同。你既厌弃耶和华的命令，耶和华也厌弃你作王。”

“我从以色列人面前除灭亚摩利人。他虽高大如香柏树，坚固如橡树，我却上灭他的果子，下绝他的根本。

因此，耶和华一日之间必从以色列中剪除头与尾，棕枝与芦苇。长老和尊贵人就是头，以谎言教人的先知就是尾。因为，引导这百姓的使他们走错了路；被引导的都必败亡。所以，主必不喜悦他们的少年人，也不怜恤他们的孤儿寡妇；因为，各人是亵渎的，是行恶的，并且各人的口都说愚妄的话。虽然如此，耶和华的怒气还未转消；他的手仍伸不缩。

若有人用金、银、宝石、草木、禾秸在这根基上建造，各人的工程必然显露，因为那日子要将它表明出来，有火发现；这火要试验各人的工程怎样。

他手里拿着簸箕，要扬净他的场，把麦子收在仓里，把糠用不灭的火烧尽了。”

“然而，他们不顺从，竟背叛你，将你的律法丢在背后，杀害那劝他们归向你的众先知，大大惹动你的怒气。

地啊，当听！我必使灾祸临到这百姓，就是他们意念所结的果子；因为他们不听从我的言语，至于我的训诲，他们也厌弃了。

你们像丛杂的荆棘，像喝醉了的人，又如枯干的碎秸全然烧灭。

其实你恨恶管教，将我的言语丢在背后。

他们却不听从，竟硬着颈项，效法他们列祖，不信服耶和华他们的神，厌弃他的律例和他与他们列祖所立的约，并劝戒他们的话，随从虚无的神，自己成为虚妄，效法周围的外邦人，就是耶和华嘱咐他们不可效法的；

智慧人惭愧，惊惶，被擒拿；他们弃掉耶和华的话，心里还有什么智慧呢？

但法利赛人和律法师没有受过约翰的洗，竟为自己废弃了神的旨意。。

万军之耶和华说：“那日临近，势如烧着的火炉，凡狂傲的和行恶的必如碎秸，在那日必被烧尽，根本枝条一无存留。

我使以法莲如虫蛀之物，使犹大家如朽烂之木。

弃绝我、不领受我话的人，有审判他的，就是我所讲的道在末日要审判他。

“这百姓既厌弃西罗亚缓流的水，喜悦利汛和利玛利的儿子；

人干犯摩西的律法，凭两三个见证人，尚且不得怜恤而死，何况人践踏神的儿子，将那使他成圣之约的血当作平常，又亵慢施恩的圣灵，你们想，他要受的刑罚该怎样加重呢！

你为什么藐视耶和华的命令，行他眼中看为恶的事呢？你藉亚扪人的刀杀害赫人乌利亚，又娶了他的妻为妻。你既藐视我，娶了赫人乌利亚的妻为妻，所以刀剑必永不离开你的家。’

主说：‘你们这轻慢的人要观看，要惊奇，要灭亡；因为在你们的时候，我行一件事，虽有人告诉你们，你们总是不信。’”

以法莲受责罚，根本枯干，必不能结果，即或生产，我必杀他们所生的爱子。”
