那些以豪饮称霸、善于调酒的人有祸了！

那些勇于喝酒，又精于调和浓酒的人，有祸了！

祸哉！那些喝酒的勇士、调制烈酒的强人！

禍哉！那些勇於飲酒，以能力調濃酒的人。

禍哉！那些以飲酒稱雄，以調烈酒稱霸的人。

禍哉！那些以飲酒稱雄，以調烈酒稱霸的人。

那些以豪飲稱霸、善於調酒的人有禍了！

那些勇於喝酒，又精於調和濃酒的人，有禍了！

有禍啊，那些勇於喝酒，豪於調和濃酒的人！

禍哉！那些喝酒的勇士、調制烈酒的強人！

勇於飲酒、能調醇醪、

人耽於酒、醞釀佳醴、為量甚大者、必有禍矣。

禍哉斯人、有勇僅在飲酒、有能力僅在調和醇醪、

Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks,

How terrible it will be for those who are heroes at drinking wine! How terrible for those who are heroes at mixing drinks!

Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine, and valiant men in mixing strong drink,

What sorrow for those who are heroes at drinking wine and boast about all the alcohol they can hold.

Woe to those who are heroes in drinking wine, And valiant men in mixing intoxicating drink,

Woe to men mighty at drinking wine, Woe to men valiant for mixing intoxicating drink,

Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink;

Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine, who are fearless at mixing beer,

Woe unto[ them that are] mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:

Those who are champions at drinking wine are as good as dead, who display great courage when mixing strong drinks.

Woe to those who are mighty to drink wine, and champions at mixing strong drink;

Woe to those who rise early in the morning in pursuit of beer, who linger into the evening, inflamed by wine.

Even these stagger because of wine and stumble under the influence of beer: Priest and prophet stagger because of beer. They are confused by wine. They stumble because of beer. They are muddled in their visions. They stumble in their judgments.

Woe to him who gives his neighbors drink, pouring out your wrath and even making them drunk, in order to look at their nakedness!

“ Come, let me get some wine, let’s guzzle some beer; and tomorrow will be like today, only far better!”

Listen, my son, and be wise; keep your mind on the right course.Don’t associate with those who drink too much wine or with those who gorge themselves on meat.

Woe to the majestic crown of Ephraim’s drunkards, and to the fading flower of its beautiful splendor, which is on the summit above the rich valley. Woe to those overcome with wine.Look, the Lord has a strong and mighty one— like a devastating hail storm, like a storm with strong flooding water. He will bring it across the land with his hand.The majestic crown of Ephraim’s drunkards will be trampled underfoot.
