称恶人为义的、判义人有罪的，两者都是耶和华所憎恶的。

你应当知道这一点：在末后的日子里，将有艰难的时候来到；因为人们将会爱自己、爱钱财，又自夸、又骄傲，亵渎神、悖逆父母、忘恩负义、毫不圣洁、没有亲情、不肯和解、恶意控告、不能自制、残忍凶暴、不爱良善、背叛出卖、任意妄为、自以为是，爱享乐过于爱神，有敬神的外表，却否定敬神的实质；这样的人你要避开。

耶稣对他们说：“你们就是那些在人面前显示自己为义的，但是神知道你们的心。人看为高贵的，在神面前却是可憎恶的。

你们用你们的话语使耶和华厌倦，还问：“我们是怎么使他厌倦的呢？”你们使我厌倦是因你们说：“任何作恶的人都在耶和华眼中看为善；耶和华喜悦他们！”又因你们问：“公正的神在哪里呢？”

“眼睛是身体的灯，所以，如果你的眼睛纯净，你的全身就光明；如果你的眼睛污浊，你的全身就黑暗。因此，光如果在你里面成了黑暗，那是多么大的黑暗！

你的眼睛是身体的灯。当你的眼睛纯净的时候，你的全身就光明；你的眼睛一旦污浊，你的全身就黑暗。所以你要留心，免得你里面的光成为黑暗。

不过，在子民当中也出现过假先知；照样，在你们当中也会有假教师。他们会偷偷引进使人灭亡的异端，甚至否认那救赎他们的主，给自己招来快速的灭亡。

他们说虚妄夸大的话，以肉体的欲望和好色的事来引诱人；这些被引诱的人好不容易才逃脱那些生活在迷途中的人；他们许诺给这些人自由，自己却是衰朽的奴隶。要知道，一个人被什么制伏，就成为什么的奴隶。

耶稣回答他们，说：“你们为什么为了你们的传统而违犯神的命令呢？神吩咐过‘你要孝敬你的父母’，又说‘咒骂父亲或母亲的人，必须处死。’你们却说‘如果有人对父亲或母亲说：我本该给你的已经做了圣殿奉献，他就可以完全不孝敬父母。’这样，为了你们的传统，你们就废弃了神的话语。

“你们这些瞎眼的领路人有祸了！你们说：‘如果有人指着圣所起誓，算不得什么；但如果有人指着圣所里的金子起誓，就必须遵守。’你们这些又愚拙又瞎眼的人哪，到底哪一样更重要呢？是金子，还是使金子成圣的圣所呢？你们还说：‘如果有人指着祭坛起誓，算不得什么；但如果有人指着祭坛上的祭物起誓，就必须遵守。’你们这些瞎眼的人哪，到底哪一样更重要呢？是祭物，还是使祭物成圣的祭坛呢？所以，指着祭坛起誓的，就是指着祭坛和祭坛上的一切起誓；指着圣所起誓的，就是指着圣所和住在里面的那一位起誓；指着天起誓的，就是指着神的宝座和坐在宝座上的那一位起誓。“经文士和法利赛人哪，你们这些伪善的人有祸了！因为你们奉献薄荷、莳萝、香芹的十分之一，却放弃了律法上更重要的：就是公义、怜悯、信实。这些才是你们应该做的，至于前者也不可放弃。

所以我们就称傲慢的人有福；作恶的人不仅得以兴旺，他们试验神也得以逃脱。’”
