saying to those who are bound,‘ Come out!’; to those who are in darkness,‘ Show yourselves!’“ They shall feed along the paths, and their pasture shall be on all treeless heights.

謂纍繫者曰、爾其出焉、謂處於幽暗者曰、爾其顯焉、彼將行於道路而得食、居於童山而得芻、

俘囚者出囹圄、幽暗者為眾所見、道旁山岡、可以自足、

告俘囚曰、爾可出矣、告居幽暗者曰、爾可出而顯露、出而顯露或作出而為人所見彼行於途必得食、雖履童山亦不絕糧、

to say to the captives,‘ Come out,’ and to those in darkness,‘ Be free!’“ They will feed beside the roads and find pasture on every barren hill.

I want you to say to the prisoners,‘ Come out.’ Tell those who are in their dark cells,‘ You are free!’“ On their way home they will eat beside the roads. They will find plenty to eat on every bare hill.

saying to the prisoners,‘ Come out,’ to those who are in darkness,‘ Appear.’ They shall feed along the ways; on all bare heights shall be their pasture;

I will say to the prisoners,‘ Come out in freedom,’ and to those in darkness,‘ Come into the light.’ They will be my sheep, grazing in green pastures and on hills that were previously bare.

saying to the prisoners,“ Come out,” and to those who are in darkness,“ Show yourselves.” They will feed along the pathways, and their pastures will be on all the barren heights.

Saying to those who are bound,‘ Go free,’ To those who are in darkness,‘ Show yourselves.’ They will feed along the roads, And their pasture will be on all bare heights.

That You may say to the prisoners,‘ Go forth,’ To those who are in darkness,‘ show yourselves.’“ They shall feed along the roads, And their pastures shall be on all desolate heights.

saying to them that are bound, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and on all bare heights shall be their pasture.

saying to the prisoners: Come out, and to those who are in darkness: Show yourselves. They will feed along the pathways, and their pastures will be on all the barren heights.

That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that[ are] in darkness, Shew yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures[ shall be] in all high places.

You will say to the prisoners,‘ Come out,’ and to those who are in dark dungeons,‘ Emerge.’ They will graze beside the roads; on all the slopes they will find pasture.

to open the blind eyes, to bring the prisoners out of the dungeon, and those who sit in darkness out of the prison.

I will bring the blind by a way that they don’t know. I will lead them in paths that they don’t know. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. I will do these things, and I will not forsake them.

The Lord Yahweh’s Spirit is on me, because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and release to those who are bound,

I will open rivers on the bare heights, and springs in the middle of the valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

“ The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed,

Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing.He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.

I will set up one shepherd over them, and he will feed them, even my servant David. He will feed them, and he will be their shepherd.

I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out, and will find pasture.

Jesus therefore said to them,“ Most certainly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you don’t have life in yourselves.He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me, and I in him.As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he who feeds on me, he will also live because of me.This is the bread which came down out of heaven— not as our fathers ate the manna, and died. He who eats this bread will live forever.”

Therefore he says,“ Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”

I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land. I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the watercourses, and in all the inhabited places of the country.I will feed them with good pasture; and their fold will be on the mountains of the height of Israel. There they will lie down in a good fold. They will feed on fat pasture on the mountains of Israel.I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep, and I will cause them to lie down,” says the Lord Yahweh.

As for you also, because of the blood of your covenant, I have set free your prisoners from the pit in which is no water.Turn to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope! Even today I declare that I will restore double to you.

For Yahweh hears the needy, and doesn’t despise his captive people.

who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. Yahweh frees the prisoners.

The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise Yahweh who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.

It will happen in that day, that the mountains will drop down sweet wine, the hills will flow with milk, all the brooks of Judah will flow with waters, and a fountain will flow out from Yahweh’s house, and will water the valley of Shittim.

who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love,

Some sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron,because they rebelled against the words of God, and condemned the counsel of the Most High.Therefore he brought down their heart with labor. They fell down, and there was no one to help.Then they cried to Yahweh in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke away their chains.Let them praise Yahweh for his loving kindness, for his wonderful deeds to the children of men!For he has broken the gates of bronze, and cut through bars of iron.

to shine on those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death; to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you.For, behold, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but Yahweh will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you.

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. The light has shined on those who lived in the land of the shadow of death.

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’

to hear the groans of the prisoner; to free those who are condemned to death;

in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them.For we don’t preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake,seeing it is God who said,“ Light will shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Then the lambs will graze as in their pasture, and strangers will eat the ruins of the rich.

Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying,“ I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”

You are all children of light and children of the day. We don’t belong to the night, nor to darkness,so then let’s not sleep, as the rest do, but let’s watch and be sober.

For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light,

Therefore the Lord Yahweh says,“ Behold, my servants will eat, but you will be hungry; behold, my servants will drink, but you will be thirsty. Behold, my servants will rejoice, but you will be disappointed;

He made him ride on the high places of the earth. He ate the increase of the field. He caused him to suck honey out of the rock, oil out of the flinty rock;

I will raise up to them a plantation for renown, and they will no more be consumed with famine in the land, and not bear the shame of the nations any more.

“ Hey! Come, everyone who thirsts, to the waters! Come, he who has no money, buy, and eat! Yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which doesn’t satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in richness.
