But I myself said: I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and futility; yet my vindication is with the LORD, and my reward is with my God.

我却说：“我劳碌是徒然；我尽力是虚无虚空。然而，我当得的理必在耶和华那里；我的赏赐必在我神那里。”

我却说：“我劳碌是徒然，我尽力是虚无虚空。耶和华诚然以公平待我，我的赏赐在我的上帝那里。”

我却说：“我劳碌是徒然，我尽力是虚无虚空。耶和华诚然以公平待我，我的赏赐在我的神那里。”

但我说：“我虚耗精力，徒劳无功。然而，耶和华必公正地待我，我的报酬在我的上帝那里。”

但我说：“我劳碌是徒然的；我用尽气力，是虚无虚空的；然而我当得的公理是在耶和华那里，我的赏赐是在我的神那里。”

但我说：“我辛劳是徒然的，我耗尽了力量是虚无虚空的；然而，我应得的公正在耶和华那里，我的酬报在我的神那里。”

但我卻說：『我是白白勞碌的；我費盡了力量、是虛空而徒然的；其實我伸冤的權利是在永恆主那裏我可得的賞報是在於我的上帝。』

但我說：「我辛勞是徒然的，我耗盡了力量是虛無虛空的；然而，我應得的公正在耶和華那裡，我的酬報在我的神那裡。」

惟我曰、我勤勞徒然、竭力成為虛空、然耶和華必理我冤、我之賞賚、在我上帝、

受膏者曰、我竭力徒勞、我之上帝耶和華、必伸我冤、必賞我勞。

我自言曰、我勞枉然、竭力徒然無益、主必伸我冤、賞賚在我天主、

But I said,“ I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nothing at all. Yet what is due me is in the Lord’s hand, and my reward is with my God.”

But I said,“ In spite of my hard work, I feel as if I haven’t accomplished anything. I’ve used up all my strength. It seems as if everything I’ve done is worthless. But the Lord will give me what I should receive. My God will reward me.”

But I said,“ I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nothing and vanity; yet surely my right is with the Lord, and my recompense with my God.”

I replied,“ But my work seems so useless! I have spent my strength for nothing and to no purpose. Yet I leave it all in the Lord’s hand; I will trust God for my reward.”

But I said,“ I have labored in vain, I have spent My strength for nothing and futility; Nevertheless, the justice due to Me is with the Lord, And My reward is with My God.”

Then I said,‘ I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and in vain; Yet surely my just reward is with the Lord, And my work with my God.’”

But I said, I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nought and vanity; yet surely the justice due to me is with Jehovah, and my recompense with my God.

But I myself said: I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and futility; yet my vindication is with the Lord, and my reward is with my God.

Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain:[ yet] surely my judgment[ is] with the LORD, and my work with my God.

But I thought,“ I have worked in vain; I have expended my energy for absolutely nothing.” But the LORD will vindicate me; my God will reward me.

But I said,“ I have labored in vain. I have spent my strength in vain for nothing; yet surely the justice due to me is with Yahweh, and my reward with my God.”

Say to the cowardly:“ Be strong; do not fear! Here is your God; vengeance is coming. God’s retribution is coming; he will save you.”

They will not labor without success or bear children destined for disaster, for they will be a people blessed by the LORD along with their descendants.

I am fearful for you, that perhaps my labor for you has been wasted.

Yet the LORD was pleased to crush him severely. When you make him a guilt offering, he will see his seed, he will prolong his days, and by his hand, the LORD’s pleasure will be accomplished.After his anguish, he will see light and be satisfied. By his knowledge, my righteous servant will justify many, and he will carry their iniquities.Therefore I will give him the many as a portion, and he will receive the mighty as spoil, because he willingly submitted to death, and was counted among the rebels; yet he bore the sin of many and interceded for the rebels.

“ Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her. How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!

Wasn’t it necessary for the Messiah to suffer these things and enter into his glory?”

For to God we are the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him.

Jesus replied,“ You unbelieving and perverse generation, how long will I be with you? How long must I put up with you? Bring him here to me.”

I will most gladly spend and be spent for you. If I love you more, am I to be loved less?

I will proclaim your name to my brothers and sisters; I will praise you in the assembly.You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! All you descendants of Israel, revere him!For he has not despised or abhorred the torment of the oppressed. He did not hide his face from him but listened when he cried to him for help.I will give praise in the great assembly because of you; I will fulfill my vows before those who fear you.The humble will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the LORD will praise him. May your hearts live forever!All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD. All the families of the nations will bow down before you,for kingship belongs to the LORD; he rules the nations.All who prosper on earth will eat and bow down; all those who go down to the dust will kneel before him— even the one who cannot preserve his life.Their descendants will serve him; the next generation will be told about the Lord.They will come and declare his righteousness; to a people yet to be born they will declare what he has done.

I have glorified you on the earth by completing the work you gave me to do.Now, Father, glorify me in your presence with that glory I had with you before the world existed.

But to Israel he says, All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and defiant people.

But if you warn a wicked person and he does not turn from his wickedness or his wicked way, he will die for his iniquity, but you will have rescued yourself.

and your strength will be used up for nothing. Your land will not yield its produce, and the trees of the land will not bear their fruit.

See, the Lord GOD comes with strength, and his power establishes his rule. His wages are with him, and his reward accompanies him.

I spread out my hands all day long to a rebellious people who walk in the path that is not good, following their own thoughts.

Look, the LORD has proclaimed to the ends of the earth,“ Say to Daughter Zion: Look, your salvation is coming, his wages are with him, and his reward accompanies him.”

For this reason God highly exalted him and gave him the name that is above every name,so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow— in heaven and on earth and under the earth—

keeping our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy that lay before him, he endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
