Yet the children born during your time of bereavement will say within your hearing,‘ This place is too cramped for us, make room for us so we can live here.’

你丧子以后所生的儿女还要说给你听，说：‘这地方给我居住太狭窄了；求你给我预备地方居住吧！’

你居丧时所生的儿女还要说给你听：‘这地方太窄小了，请你给我们地方居住！’

你必聽見喪子之後所生的兒女說：這地方我居住太窄，求你給我地方居住。

你要再聽見喪失子女後所生的兒女說：「這地方我居住太窄，請你給我地方居住。」

你要再聽見喪失子女後所生的兒女說：「這地方我居住太窄，請你給我地方居住。」

爾喪子時所生之子、將附耳語爾曰、壤地褊小、其恢廓之、俾我得居、

昔爾赤子、流離遠徙、一旦旋歸、皆告爾曰、壤地褊小、其恢廓之、則我得所棲止。

昔雖喪子、後仍有多子告爾曰、此地甚狹、當為我恢廓之、使有所居、

The children born during your bereavement will yet say in your hearing,‘ This place is too small for us; give us more space to live in.’

The children born during your time of sorrow will speak to you. They will say,‘ This city is too small for us. Give us more space to live in.’

The children of your bereavement will yet say in your ears:‘ The place is too narrow for me; make room for me to dwell in.’

The generations born in exile will return and say,‘ We need more room! It’s crowded here!’

Yet as you listen, the children that you have been deprived of will say,‘ This place is too small for me; make room for me so that I may settle.’

The children you lost will yet say in your ears,‘ The place is too cramped for me; Make room for me that I may live here.’

The children you will have, After you have lost the others, Will say again in your ears,‘ The place is too small for me; Give me a place where I may dwell.’

The children of thy bereavement shall yet say in thine ears, The place is too strait for me; give place to me that I may dwell.

Yet as you listen, the children that you have been deprived of will say,‘ This place is too small for me; make room for me so that I may settle.’

The children which thou shalt have, after thou hast lost the other, shall say again in thine ears, The place[ is] too strait for me: give place to me that I may dwell.

The children of your bereavement will say in your ears,‘ This place is too small for me. Give me a place to live in.’

( 2: 1) However, in the future the number of the people of Israel will be like the sand of the sea which can be neither measured nor numbered. Although it was said to them,“ You are not my people,” it will be said to them,“ You are children of the living God!”

Certainly the LORD will console Zion; he will console all her ruins. He will make her wilderness like Eden, her desert like the Garden of the LORD. Happiness and joy will be restored to her, thanksgiving and the sound of music.

Look all around you! They all gather and come to you– your sons come from far away and your daughters are escorted by guardians.

“ Shout for joy, O barren one who has not given birth! Give a joyful shout and cry out, you who have not been in labor! For the children of the desolate one are more numerous than the children of the married woman,” says the LORD.Make your tent larger, stretch your tent curtains farther out! Spare no effort, lengthen your ropes, and pound your stakes deep.For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your children will conquer nations and will resettle desolate cities.

Some of the prophets said to Elisha,“ Look, the place where we meet with you is too cramped for us.

The descendants of Joseph said to Joshua,“ Why have you assigned us only one tribal allotment? After all, we have many people, for until now the LORD has enabled us to increase in number.”Joshua replied to them,“ Since you have so many people, go up into the forest and clear out a place to live in the land of the Perizzites and Rephaites, for the hill country of Ephraim is too small for you.”The descendants of Joseph said,“ The whole hill country is inadequate for us, and the Canaanites living down in the valley in Beth Shean and its surrounding towns and in the Valley of Jezreel have chariots with iron-rimmed wheels.”

and don’t think you can say to yourselves,‘ We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that God can raise up children for Abraham from these stones!

But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother.For it is written:“ Rejoice, O barren woman who does not bear children; break forth and shout, you who have no birth pains, because the children of the desolate woman are more numerous than those of the woman who has a husband.”But you, brothers and sisters, are children of the promise like Isaac.
