He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

He made my words like a sharp sword. He hid me in the palm of his hand. He made me into a sharpened arrow. He took good care of me and kept me safe.

He made my words of judgment as sharp as a sword. He has hidden me in the shadow of his hand. I am like a sharp arrow in his quiver.

七星在其右手、口出雙鋒利劍、容如烈日之射、

我以我言置於爾口、以手蔭庇爾、我則展布諸天、奠定地基、且謂錫安曰、爾為我民、○

蓋上帝之道活潑靈通、利於兩刃之劍、能剖刺魂與靈、節與髓、亦立辨人之心思意志也、

當書達別迦摩會之使者云、其有雙鋒利劍者曰、

故我藉諸先知削斵之、以我口之言誅戮之、我之審鞫、若光之見、

秉公義以鞫貧乏者、持中正以擬世之謙卑者、以口杖擊斯土、以脣氣殺惡人、

耶和華之僕曰主耶和華賜我以受教者之舌、能以言輔委靡之人、彼旦旦啟迪我耳、使聽其教、如弟子然、

主耶和華之神臨我、蓋耶和華膏我、俾傳嘉音於謙卑者、遣我醫傷心者、宣自由於俘虜、告開釋於繫囚、布告耶和華悅納之年、及我上帝復仇之日、慰藉憂民、凡在錫安哀悼者、賜以花冠、代其灰塵、沃以喜樂之膏、代其悲傷、被以頌美之服、代其憂戚、俾稱為義樹、乃耶和華所植、以彰其榮、

居於至高者之密所、必恆在全能者之蔭下兮、

試觀我僕、我所扶翼、我所遴選、我心所悅者、我曾以我神賦之、彼將以公義示異邦、

口出利劍、將以擊列邦、且以鐵杖牧之、全能上帝恚怒之酒醡、彼亦踐之、

耶穌大聲呼曰、父歟、我靈託爾手矣、言畢、氣遂絕、

爾之美好、逾於世人、口銜慈惠、故上帝錫嘏爾、永世靡暨兮、有能者歟、佩劍於腰、被爾尊榮威嚴兮、為誠實謙遜公義、赫然乘車前往、無不獲勝、爾之右手、必示爾可畏之事兮、爾矢銛利、穿王敵之心、眾民仆於爾下兮、

我是日使爾對於猶大通國、君王牧伯、祭司庶民、為堅城鐵柱銅垣、

耶和華曰、爾若歸誠、我必導爾復立我前、爾若取貴者於劣者中、則可為我口、民必歸爾、爾勿歸彼、我將使爾於斯民、為鞏固之銅垣、彼必攻爾而不勝、蓋我與爾偕、以拯爾也、耶和華言之矣、
