为我名的缘故，我忍住怒气；为了我当受的赞美，我向你忍怒，不把你剪除。

“我为我的名暂且忍怒，为我的颂赞向你容忍，不将你剪除。

“我为我的名暂且忍怒，为了我的荣耀向你容忍，不将你剪除。

“我为我的名暂且忍怒，为了我的荣耀向你容忍，不将你剪除。

“我为了我的名，暂时忍怒；我为了我的荣耀，压住怒气，不消灭你。

为了我的名的缘故，我暂时不发怒；为了我的名誉的缘故，我向你忍耐；不把你剪除。

我為我的名暫且忍怒，為我的頌讚向你容忍，不將你剪除。

「我為我的名暫且忍怒，為了我的榮耀向你容忍，不將你剪除。

「我為了我的名，暫時忍怒；我為了我的榮耀，壓住怒氣，不消滅你。

為了我的名的緣故，我暫時不發怒；為了我的名譽的緣故，我向你忍耐；不把你剪除。

『為了我的名的緣故、我和緩了怒氣；為了我之得頌讚、我向你抑制了自己，不將你剪除掉。

為我名的緣故，我忍住怒氣；為了我當受的讚美，我向你忍怒，不把你剪除。

今緣我名、遲延我怒、為我聲譽、忍怒不發、免爾滅絕、

我怒不遽發、不滅絕爾者、正以彰我榮、

我為己名而怒不遽發、為己榮向爾懲忿、不滅絕爾、

For my own name’s sake I delay my wrath; for the sake of my praise I hold it back from you, so as not to destroy you completely.

For the honor of my own name I wait to show my anger. I hold it back from you so people will continue to praise me. I do not want to destroy you completely.

“ For my name’s sake I defer my anger; for the sake of my praise I restrain it for you, that I may not cut you off.

Yet for my own sake and for the honor of my name, I will hold back my anger and not wipe you out.

I will delay my anger for the sake of my name, and I will restrain myself for your benefit and for my praise, so that you will not be destroyed.

For the sake of My name I delay My wrath, And for My praise I restrain it for you, In order not to cut you off.

“ For My name’s sake I will defer My anger, And for My praise I will restrain it from you, So that I do not cut you off.

For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.

I will delay My anger for the honor of My name, and I will restrain Myself for your benefit and for My praise, so that you will not be destroyed.

For the sake of my reputation I hold back my anger; for the sake of my prestige I restrain myself from destroying you.

For my name’s sake, I will defer my anger, and for my praise, I hold it back for you so that I don’t cut you off.

然而神有怜悯，赎清了他们的罪孽，没有施行毁灭；他多次使他的怒气转消，没有发尽他的怒火。

为我的缘故，为我自己的缘故，我必行这事。我的名怎能被亵渎呢？我必不把我的荣耀归给他者。

要知道，我必为自己的缘故和我仆人大卫的缘故，保护拯救这城。’”

耶和华有怜悯、有恩惠，不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱。他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。他没有照着我们的罪过对待我们，也没有照着我们的罪孽报应我们。

耶和华啊，求你为你名的缘故使我存活；藉着你的公义，把我的灵魂从患难中领出来；

要知道，耶和华为他大名的缘故，必不会撇弃他的子民，因为耶和华愿意你们作他的子民。

耶和华啊，求你为你名的缘故，赦免我的罪孽，因为我罪孽深重！

“我们的神哪，现在求你垂听你仆人的祷告和恳求；主啊，为你自己的缘故，求你使你的脸照亮你荒凉的圣所！我的神哪，求你侧耳听，求你垂听！求你睁开眼睛观看我们的荒凉和这被称为你名下的城，因为我们在你面前呈上的恳求不是因着我们的义，而是因着你丰盛的怜悯。主啊，求你垂听！主啊，求你赦免！主啊，求你留心听并且行动！我的神哪，为你自己的缘故，求你不要迟延，因为你的城和你的子民都是被称为你名下的。”

“我，是我为自己的缘故，抹掉你的过犯，不会记念你的罪恶。

但他为自己名的缘故拯救他们，为要彰显他的大能。

人有见识就不轻易发怒；宽恕过犯，是自己的荣耀。

虽然如此，耶和华却等候着要恩待你们；因此，他会起来怜悯你们，因为耶和华是公正的神；所有等候他的，都是蒙福的！

拯救我们的神哪，求你因你名的荣耀帮助我们，为你名的缘故解救我们，赎清我们的罪恶！
