Assemble, all of you, and listen! Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; he will carry out His good pleasure against Babylon, And His arm will be against the Chaldeans.

列国啊！你们都要集合起来听。他们中间有谁预言过这些事呢？耶和华爱他，他必向巴比伦行他所喜悦的；他的膀臂也必击打迦勒底人。

你们全都聚集来听，假神中谁曾宣告过这些事？耶和华所爱的那位，必行耶和华所喜悦的事对付巴比伦——他的膀臂对付迦勒底人。

你們全都聚集來聽，假神中誰曾宣告過這些事？耶和華所愛的那位，必行耶和華所喜悅的事對付巴比倫——他的膀臂對付迦勒底人。

爾其咸集以聽、諸神之中、孰曾言此、我耶和華所愛者、必成我所悅於巴比倫、其臂加於迦勒底人、

選民和會、群聽斯言、異邦之人、孰能預言未來事、惟我耶和華、寵愛古列俾成我志、降災於巴比倫降罰於迦勒底、

爾曹咸集而聽、我所愛者、必成我之旨於巴比倫、恃我之大能、懲罰迦勒底人、爾中有誰宣示此事、

“ Come together, all of you, and listen: Which of the idols has foretold these things? The Lord’s chosen ally will carry out his purpose against Babylon; his arm will be against the Babylonians.

“ People of Israel, come together and listen to me. What other god has said ahead of time that certain things would happen? I have chosen Cyrus. He will carry out my plans against Babylon. He will use his power against the Babylonians.

“ Assemble, all of you, and listen! Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; he shall perform his purpose on Babylon, and his arm shall be against the Chaldeans.

Have any of your idols ever told you this? Come, all of you, and listen: The Lord has chosen Cyrus as his ally. He will use him to put an end to the empire of Babylon and to destroy the Babylonian armies.

All of you, assemble and listen! Who among the idols has declared these things? The LORD loves him; he will accomplish his will against Babylon, and his arm will be against the Chaldeans.

“ All of you, assemble yourselves, and hear! Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; He shall do His pleasure on Babylon, And His arm shall be against the Chaldeans.

Assemble yourselves, all ye, and hear; who among them hath declared these things? He whom Jehovah loveth shall perform his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldeans.

All of you, assemble and listen! Who among the idols has declared these things? The Lord loves him; he will accomplish His will against Babylon, and His arm will be against the Chaldeans.

All ye, assemble yourselves, and hear; which among them hath declared these[ things]? The LORD hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm[ shall be on] the Chaldeans.

All of you, gather together and listen! Who among them announced these things? The LORD’s ally will carry out his desire against Babylon; he will exert his power against the Babylonians.

“ Assemble yourselves, all of you, and hear! Who among them has declared these things? He whom Yahweh loves will do what he likes to Babylon, and his arm will be against the Chaldeans.

All the nations have gathered together So that the peoples may be assembled. Who among them can declare this And proclaim to us the former things? Let them present their witnesses so that they may be justified, Or let them hear and say,“ It is true.”

Behold, I am going to stir up the Medes against them, Who will not value silver or take pleasure in gold.And their bows will mow down the young men, They will not even have compassion on the fruit of the womb, Nor will their eye pity children.

“ Against the land of Merathaim, go up against it, And against the inhabitants of Pekod. Kill and completely destroy them,” declares the Lord,“ And do according to everything that I have commanded you.The noise of battle is in the land, And great destruction.How the hammer of the whole earth Has been cut off and broken! How Babylon has become An object of horror among the nations!I set a trap for you and you were also caught, Babylon, While you yourself were not aware; You have been found and also seized Because you have engaged in conflict with the Lord.”The Lord has opened His armory And has brought out the weapons of His indignation, For it is a work of the Lord God of armies In the land of the Chaldeans.Come to her from the farthest border; Open up her barns, Pile her up like heaps of grain And completely destroy her, Let nothing be left to her.Put all her bulls to the sword; Let them go down to the slaughter! Woe be upon them, for their day has come, The time of their punishment.There is a sound of fugitives and refugees from the land of Babylon, To declare in Zion the vengeance of the Lord our God, Vengeance for His temple.“ Summon many against Babylon, All those who bend the bow: Encamp against her on every side, Let there be no escape. Repay her according to her work; According to all that she has done, so do to her; For she has become arrogant against the Lord, Against the Holy One of Israel.

A sound of a roar on the mountains, Like that of many people! A sound of an uproar of kingdoms, Of nations gathered together! The Lord of armies is mustering the army for battle.They are coming from a distant country, From the farthest horizons, The Lord and the weapons of His indignation, To destroy the whole land.

Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying,‘ My plan will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’;Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a distant country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, I will certainly do it.

“ Gather yourselves and come; Come together, you survivors of the nations! They have no knowledge, Who carry around their wooden idol And pray to a god who cannot save.Declare and present your case; Indeed, let them consult together. Who has announced this long ago? Who has long since declared it? Is it not I, the Lord? And there is no other God besides Me, A righteous God and a Savior; There is none except Me.

He says,“ You are My war club, My weapon of war; And with you I shatter nations, And with you I destroy kingdoms.With you I shatter the horse and his rider, And with you I shatter the chariot and its rider,And with you I shatter man and woman, And with you I shatter the old man and youth, And with you I shatter the young man and virgin,And with you I shatter the shepherd and his flock, And with you I shatter the farmer and his team, And with you I shatter governors and officials.“ But I will repay Babylon and all the inhabitants of Chaldea for all their evil that they have done in Zion before your eyes,” declares the Lord.

It is I who says of Cyrus,‘ He is My shepherd, And he will carry out all My desire.’ And he says of Jerusalem,‘ She will be built,’ And of the temple,‘ Your foundation will be laid.’ ”This is what the Lord says to Cyrus His anointed, Whom I have taken by the right hand, To subdue nations before him And to undo the weapons belt on the waist of kings; To open doors before him so that gates will not be shut:“ I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars.I will give you the treasures of darkness And hidden wealth of secret places, So that you may know that it is I, The Lord, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name.

Let them bring them forward and declare to us what is going to take place; As for the former events, declare what they were, So that we may consider them and know their outcome. Or announce to us what is coming;

Who is like Me? Let him proclaim and declare it; And, let him confront Me Beginning with My establishing of the ancient nation. Then let them declare to them the things that are coming And the events that are going to take place.

Looking at him, Jesus showed love to him and said to him,“ One thing you lack: go and sell all you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
