爾自謂必永為主母、不深思此理、不慮後患。

你自己说：“我必永为主母”，所以你不将这事放在心上，也不思想这事的结局。

你说：“我必永远为后。”你不将这事放在心上，也不思想事情的结局。

你说：“我必永远为后。”你不将这事放在心上，也不思想事情的结局。

你声称要永远做王后，不把这些事放在心上，也不思想以后的结局。

你曾说：‘我必永远作王后！’所以你不把这些事放在心上，也不思想这事的结局。

你曾说：‘我必永远作王后！’你不把这些事放在心上，也不顾念事情的结局。

你自己說：我必永為主母，所以你不將這事放在心上，也不思想這事的結局。

你說：「我必永遠為后。」你不將這事放在心上，也不思想事情的結局。

爾自言、我必永為主母、不以此事置於心、亦不推念其終局、

You said,‘ I am forever— the eternal queen!’ But you did not consider these things or reflect on what might happen.

You said,‘ I am queen forever!’ But you did not think about what you were doing. You did not consider how things might turn out.

You said,“ I shall be mistress forever,” so that you did not lay these things to heart or remember their end.

You said,‘ I will reign forever as queen of the world!’ You did not reflect on your actions or think about their consequences.

You said,‘ I will be the queen forever.’ You did not take these things to heart or think about their outcome.

Yet you said,‘ I will be a queen forever.’ These things you did not consider Nor remember the outcome of them.

And you said,‘ I shall be a lady forever,’ So that you did not take these things to heart, Nor remember the latter end of them.

And thou saidst, I shall be mistress for ever; so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end thereof.

You said,‘ I will be the mistress forever.’ You did not take these things to heart or think about their outcome.

And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever:[ so] that thou didst not lay these[ things] to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.

You said,‘ I will rule forever as permanent queen!’ You did not think about these things; you did not consider how it would turn out.

You said,‘ I will be a princess forever,’ so that you didn’t lay these things to your heart, nor did you remember the results.

願其有智而知此、思念厥終、

惟爾迦勒底邦列國、稱之為主母、必囚於幽暗之處、拘於荒僻之所、

先知傳虛詞、祭司隨聲附和、國民以此為悅、將若之何。

爾曹陷於罪者、當深思之、其無愧於丈夫。古昔之事、爾可追溯、我乃上帝、無能比儗、我外無他、

故我震怒、俾遇戰鬥、使烈燄騰空、遍及四周、彼目不欲睹、不以為意。

人子、當告推羅王云、主耶和華曰、爾中心驕泰、自謂可匹上帝、其邑在海中、若上帝位、爾雖自謂可匹上帝、終屬凡民、非上帝也。

人子、當為推羅王作哀歌、曰、主耶和華曰、爾若至美之玉、以巧捷之技、雕琢為印、美麗無儔、爾可比古人在埃田上帝囿、以珍寶為飾、即瑪瑙、淡黃玉、金鋼石、黃玉、碧玉、璧玉、青玉、紅寶玉、葱珩、俱嵌於金、爾生之日、鼗簫兼備。爾若𠼻𡀔［口氷］、高展其翮、施其庇護、我使之然、爾若祭司、胸飾寶玉、光輝燦爛、遨遊我聖山。

主耶和華曰、埃及王法老、若河中巨鱷、自謂我鑿江河、足供己用、我必罰爾、

王請聽余、至上上帝、以國威尊榮、賜爾祖尼布甲尼撒、因其威儀、億兆族姓、戰慄於前、生殺昇降、皆出王衷、既驕奢其心、剛愎其志、乃黜王位、去其尊榮、心若豺狼、為人驅逐、不與人居、而與野驢錯處、齧蒭若牛、沾濡於露、待知至上之上帝、操世之權、以國畀人、悉隨其意、爾伯沙撒乃先王之孫、雖知此事、不卑以自牧、惟驕其志、逆天之主、命取厥殿之器、王公后妃、用之飲酒、譽揚金銀銅鐵木石所造之上帝、彼不見不聞、不識不知、至於賜爾呼吸、整爾步履之上帝、爾反不頌美之、

十二月終、我遊於巴比倫殿、

既屆其時、我必震怒、視其所行不義、深堪痛疾、降災其身、不加矜憫、滅之務盡、使知我乃耶和華。
