以利亚对他们说：“捉住巴力的先知，一个也不要让他们逃脱。”于是众人捉住他们。以利亚带他们下到基顺河边，在那里杀了他们。

彼勒俯伏，尼波弯腰；巴比伦人的偶像驮在走兽和牲口上。你们所抬的现在都成了重担，成了疲乏的牲畜身上的重负。

你为自己所做的神在哪里？你遭遇患难时，如果他们能救你，就让他们起来吧！犹大啊！你的城有多少，你的神也有多少！
