将列国的神明扔在火里，因为它们不是神明，是人手所造的，是木头、石头，所以被灭绝了。

“你们从列国逃脱的人，要一同聚集前来。那些抬着雕刻的木偶、祈求不能救人之神明的，毫无知识。

然后又用剩下的一半做了一个神明，就是雕刻的偶像，向这偶像俯伏叩拜，向它祷告说：“求你拯救我，因你是我的神明。”

我祖先所毁灭的，就是歌散、哈兰、利色和提‧拉撒的伊甸人；这些国的神明何曾拯救他们呢？
