地怎樣使芽長出，園子怎樣使所栽種的生長，主耶和華也必照樣使公義和讚美在萬國中發出。

你們要為自己栽種公義，收割慈愛。你們要開墾荒地，現今正是尋求耶和華的時候；等他臨到，公義必如雨降給你們。

在那日，大山要滴甜酒，小山要流奶，猶大的溪河都有水流出；必有泉源從耶和華的殿中流出，滋潤什亭谷。

他的救恩誠然與敬畏他的人相近，使榮耀住在我們的地上。慈愛和誠實彼此相遇，公義與和平彼此相親。誠實從地而生，公義從天而現。耶和華必賜福氣給我們；我們的地也要出土產。

他必降臨，像雨降在已割的草地上，如甘霖滋潤田地。

你的居民全是義人，永遠得地為業；他們是我栽的苗，是我手的工作，為了彰顯我的榮耀。

我栽種了，亞波羅澆灌了，惟有上帝使它生長。可見，栽種的算不了甚麼，澆灌的也算不了甚麼；惟有上帝能使它生長。栽種的和澆灌的都是一樣，但將來各人要照自己的勞苦得到自己的報酬。因為我們是上帝的同工，而你們是上帝的田地、上帝的房屋。

因為我要把水澆灌乾渴的地方，使水湧流在乾旱之地。我要將我的靈澆灌你的後裔，使我的福臨到你的子孫。

大山小山都要因公義使百姓得享平安。

從耶西的殘幹必長出嫩枝，他的根所抽的枝子必結果實。

在那日，耶和華的苗必華美尊榮，地的出產必成為倖存的以色列民的驕傲和光榮。

他在耶和華面前生長如嫩芽，像根出於乾地。他無佳形美容使我們注視他，也無美貌使我們仰慕他。

「以後，我要將我的靈澆灌凡有血肉之軀的。你們的兒女要說預言，你們的老人要做異夢，你們的少年要見異象。在那些日子，我要將我的靈澆灌我的僕人和婢女。

我們從前也是無知、悖逆、受迷惑，作各樣私慾和宴樂的奴隸，在惡毒、嫉妒中度日，是可恨的，而且彼此相恨。但到了我們救主上帝的恩慈和慈愛顯明的時候，他救了我們，並不是因我們自己所行的義，而是照他的憐憫，藉着重生的洗和聖靈的更新。聖靈就是上帝藉着我們的救主耶穌基督厚厚地澆灌在我們身上的，

「看哪，我造新天新地！從前的事不再被記念，也不被人放在心上；當因我所造的歡喜快樂，直到永遠；看哪，因為我造耶路撒冷為人所喜，造其中的居民為人所樂。

等到聖靈從高處澆灌我們，曠野將變為田園，田園看似森林。

我必向以色列如甘露；他必如百合花開放，如黎巴嫩的樹扎根。他的嫩枝必延伸，他的榮華如橄欖樹，香氣如黎巴嫩的香柏樹。曾住在他蔭下的必歸回，使五穀生長，他們要發旺如葡萄樹，他的名氣如黎巴嫩的酒。以法蓮說：「我與偶像有何相干？」我應允他，顧念他：我如青翠的松樹，你的果實從我而來。

背道的女子啊，你翻來覆去要到幾時呢？耶和華在地上造了一件新事，就是女子護衛男子。」

他既被高舉在上帝的右邊，又從父受了所應許的聖靈，就把你們所看見所聽見的，澆灌下來。

為錫安悲哀的人，賜華冠代替灰燼，喜樂的油代替悲哀，讚美為衣代替憂傷的靈；稱他們為「公義樹」，是耶和華所栽植的，為要彰顯他的榮耀。

並且穿上新我；這新我是照着上帝的形像造的，有從真理來的公義和聖潔。

「我所造的新天新地在我面前長存，你們的後裔和你們的名號也必照樣長存。這是耶和華說的。

我們是他所造之物，在基督耶穌裏創造的，為要使我們行善，就是上帝早已預備好要我們做的。

我要使他們和我山岡的四圍蒙福；我也必叫時雨落下，使福如甘霖降下。
