『諸天哪，從上頭滴落哦！願雲霄溜下義氣；願大地裂開，產出救恩，使義氣一併發生；我永恆主已創造了這事了。

“诸天哪，自上而滴，穹苍降下公义；地面开裂，产出救恩，使公义一同发生；这都是我耶和华所造的。”

“诸天哪，要如雨倾盆而降，云要降下公义，地要裂开，救恩涌出，使公义也一同滋长；这都是我—耶和华造的。”

“‘我使诸天降下甘露，云彩降下公义，使大地裂开，萌生拯救和公义，这是我耶和华的作为。’

诸天啊！你们要从上滴下公义，让云层降下公义。让大地裂开，生出救恩，使公义一同生长，是我耶和华创造了这事。

“诸天哪，从上面降下公义！愿云朵倾下公义；愿大地开裂，救恩结出果实，使公义一同发芽！是我耶和华造了这一切。”

諸天哪，自上而滴，穹蒼降下公義；地面開裂，產出救恩，使公義一同發生；這都是我－耶和華所造的。

諸天啊！你們要從上滴下公義，讓雲層降下公義。讓大地裂開，生出救恩，使公義一同生長，是我耶和華創造了這事。

因為地怎樣發出所生的，而園子怎樣使所種的發生起來，主永恆主也怎樣使義氣和可頌可讚的事發生於列國之前。

你們要為自己播種義氣，要收割忠愛之果子，要耙鬆你們的休耕地；因為現在正是尋永恆主的時候，等他臨到，下義氣之雨在你們身上。

『當那日、大山必滴下甜酒，小山必流着奶子，猶大溪河都必有水流着；必有泉源從永恆主殿中流出，澆灌什亭谿谷。

啊，他的拯救真地和敬畏他的人相近，叫他的榮耀住在我們的國土裏。堅固之愛和忠信彼此相遇；義氣和平安興隆彼此接吻。忠信從地上生出；義氣從天上俯視着。永恆主必賜下福來；我們的地必多出土產。

願他像雨、下在已割的草地上，如甘霖澆灌大地。

你的人民都必成為義人，永遠得地以為業，是我種的栽子，我手所作的，使我得榮美的。

我栽種了，亞波羅澆灌了，而使他長大的卻是上帝。所以栽種的算不了甚麼，澆灌的也算不了甚麼，惟獨使他長大的上帝乃是一切之一切。栽種的和澆灌的、都是一體：只是各人必照自己的勞苦、去得自己的賞報。我們是上帝之同工，你們乃是上帝之耕地、上帝之建築物。

因為我必將水澆灌乾渴之處，將河流灌溉乾旱之地；我必將我的靈澆灌你的後裔，將我的祝福倒給你出的子孫。

因有公義、願大山給人民帶來福利；願小山給民眾取得興隆。

從耶西的樹𣎴子必生出一根枝條來，從他的根必發生一條嫩枝子。

當那日子、永恆主發生的「樹苗」必華美而光輝；地出產的果實必成為以色列逃脫之人所誇耀而感到體面的。

他在永恆主面前長起來像幼樹秧，像根出於乾旱之地；他沒有佳形威儀讓我們瞻仰他，也沒有美容使我們羨慕他。

『日後我必將我的靈傾注於一切血肉之人；你們的兒女就必說豫言，你們的老年人就作異夢，你們的少年人就見異象。連僕人和使女、當那些日子、我也必將我的靈傾注於他們。

因為我們從前也是無知、悖逆、受了迷惑，做各種私慾和宴樂的奴僕，在惡毒和嫉妒中度生活，滿有恨心，彼此相恨。但是我們的拯救者上帝的慈惠和仁慈顯現的時候，他救了我們，不是由於我們所行的有甚麼本於義的行為，乃是按照他的憐憫，藉着再生之洗和聖靈之更新力。聖靈是上帝藉着耶穌基督、我們的救主、豐豐富富傾注於我們身上的；

『因為看吧，我化造新的天新的地，先前的事不再被懷念了，不再回上心頭了。不，你們必因我所化造的而永遠高興快樂；因為看哪，我化造耶路撒冷做人所快樂的，化造她的人民為人所高興的。

等到聖靈從高處傾注於我們，曠野就變為園地，園地就被看為樹林了。

我對以色列必如甘露；他必開花像百合，扎根像楊樹。他的幼枝必伸展出；他的榮美必像橄欖樹，而他的香氣像利巴嫩。他們必再住我的蔭影下，使五穀生長；他們必發旺像葡萄樹，他們的名聲必像利巴嫩的酒。以法蓮哪，我和偶像還有甚麼關係呢？是我應了他，也是我監視他。以法蓮唱：『我如同青翠的松樹。』永恆主和：『你的果子是從我而來的。』

轉離正道的人民哪，你反來復去要到幾時呢？永恆主在地上創作了一件新的事：女的圍護着男人呢。』

這樣，他既被高舉在上帝右邊，又從父領受了所應許的聖靈，便將這個、你們所看見所聽見的、傾注下來。

分派給錫安悲哀的人，賜給他們華帽以代替爐灰，喜樂油以代替悲哀，頌讚之披風以代替暗淡沮喪之靈，使他們稱為義氣之篤耨香，是永恆主所栽種，以使自己得榮美的。

而穿上新人，那依上帝之聖質形像而被創造的新人，創造於真實中之正義和虔聖的。

『永恆主發神諭說：我所要造的新天新地要怎樣在我面前長存立着，你們的後裔和你們的名字也必怎樣長存立着。

因為我們乃是他所造之物，是在基督耶穌裏被創造，為行善事、就是上帝早已豫備好了、使我們行於其中的。

我必使他們和我的山岡四圍成了使人蒙祝福的；我必使霖雨按時節下，它們必成了使人蒙祝福的霖雨。
