By Myself I have sworn; Truth has gone from My mouth, a word that will not be revoked: Every knee will bow to Me, every tongue will swear allegiance.

我指着自己起誓，我口所出的话是凭公义，并不返回：万膝必向我跪拜；万口必凭我起誓。

By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear.

I have made a promise in my own name. I have spoken with complete honesty. I will not take back a single word. I said,‘ Everyone will kneel down to me. Everyone’s mouth will make promises in my name.’

By myself I have sworn; from my mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return:‘ To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.’

I have sworn by my own name; I have spoken the truth, and I will never go back on my word: Every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will declare allegiance to me.”

I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out from My mouth in righteousness And will not turn back, That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.

I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, And shall not return, That to Me every knee shall bow, Every tongue shall take an oath.

By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

I solemnly make this oath– what I say is true and reliable:‘ Surely every knee will bow to me, every tongue will solemnly affirm;

so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow— of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth—

But you, why do you criticize your brother? Or you, why do you look down on your brother? For we will all stand before the tribunal of God.For it is written: As I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue will give praise to God.So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.

so My word that comes from My mouth will not return to Me empty, but it will accomplish what I please and will prosper in what I send it to do.”

I have not spoken in secret, somewhere in a land of darkness. I did not say to the descendants of Jacob: Seek Me in a wasteland. I, Yahweh, speak truthfully; I say what is right.

Whoever is blessed in the land will be blessed by the God of truth, and whoever swears in the land will swear by the God of truth. For the former troubles will be forgotten and hidden from My sight.

For when God made a promise to Abraham, since He had no one greater to swear by, He swore by Himself:I will indeed bless you, and I will greatly multiply you.And so, after waiting patiently, Abraham obtained the promise.For men swear by something greater than themselves, and for them a confirming oath ends every dispute.Because God wanted to show His unchangeable purpose even more clearly to the heirs of the promise, He guaranteed it with an oath,so that through two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to seize the hope set before us.

But the king will rejoice in God; all who swear by Him will boast, for the mouths of liars will be shut.

Fear Yahweh your God, worship Him, and take your oaths in His name.

and how he swore an oath to the Lord, making a vow to the Mighty One of Jacob:

Then the Angel of the Lord called to Abraham a second time from heavenand said,“ By Myself I have sworn,” this is the Lord’s declaration:“ Because you have done this thing and have not withheld your only son,I will indeed bless you and make your offspring as numerous as the stars of the sky and the sand on the seashore. Your offspring will possess the gates of their enemies.And all the nations of the earth will be blessed by your offspring because you have obeyed My command.”

God is not a man who lies, or a son of man who changes His mind. Does He speak and not act, or promise and not fulfill?

They took an oath to the Lord in a loud voice, with shouting, with trumpets, and with rams’ horns.All Judah rejoiced over the oath, for they had sworn it with all their mind. They had sought Him with all their heart, and He was found by them. So the Lord gave them rest on every side.

But what was God’s reply to him? I have left 7,000 men for Myself who have not bowed down to Baal.

join with their noble brothers and commit themselves with a sworn oath to follow the law of God given through God’s servant Moses and to carefully obey all the commands, ordinances, and statutes of Yahweh our Lord.

On that day five cities in the land of Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear loyalty to the Lord of Hosts. One of the cities will be called the City of the Sun.On that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the center of the land of Egypt and a pillar to the Lord near her border.It will be a sign and witness to the Lord of Hosts in the land of Egypt. When they cry out to the Lord because of their oppressors, He will send them a savior and leader, and he will rescue them.The Lord will make Himself known to Egypt, and Egypt will know the Lord on that day. They will offer sacrifices and offerings; they will make vows to the Lord and fulfill them.

The God of Abraham, and the gods of Nahor— the gods of their father— will judge between us.” And Jacob swore by the Fear of his father Isaac.

For by Myself I have sworn”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ Bozrah will become a desolation, a disgrace, a ruin, and a curse, and all her cities will become ruins forever.”

For I will pour water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your descendants and My blessing on your offspring.They will sprout among the grass like poplars by flowing streams.This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; another will call himself by the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

But if you do not obey these words, then I swear by Myself”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ that this house will become a ruin.”

The Lord God has sworn by Himself— this is the declaration of Yahweh, the God of Hosts: I loathe Jacob’s pride and hate his citadels, so I will hand over the city and everything in it.
