我指己而誓、命出不食言、萬膝必跽予、萬口必頌予、

我指己而誓、口出真言、決不反覆、萬膝必向我而屈、萬口必指我而誓、

By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear.

I have made a promise in my own name. I have spoken with complete honesty. I will not take back a single word. I said,‘ Everyone will kneel down to me. Everyone’s mouth will make promises in my name.’

I have sworn by my own name; I have spoken the truth, and I will never go back on my word: Every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will declare allegiance to me.”

By myself I have sworn; truth has gone from my mouth, a word that will not be revoked: Every knee will bow to me, every tongue will swear allegiance.

I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out from My mouth in righteousness And will not turn back, That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.

I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, And shall not return, That to Me every knee shall bow, Every tongue shall take an oath.

I solemnly make this oath– what I say is true and reliable:‘ Surely every knee will bow to me, every tongue will solemnly affirm;

so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God;for it is written,“ As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.”So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.

so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

I did not speak in secret, in a land of darkness; I did not say to the offspring of Jacob,‘ Seek me in vain.’ I the Lord speak the truth; I declare what is right.

So that he who blesses himself in the land shall bless himself by the God of truth, and he who takes an oath in the land shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten and are hidden from my eyes.

For when God made a promise to Abraham, since he had no one greater by whom to swear, he swore by himself,saying,“ Surely I will bless you and multiply you.”And thus Abraham, having patiently waited, obtained the promise.For people swear by something greater than themselves, and in all their disputes an oath is final for confirmation.So when God desired to show more convincingly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable character of his purpose, he guaranteed it with an oath,so that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope set before us.

But the king shall rejoice in God; all who swear by him shall exult, for the mouths of liars will be stopped.

It is the Lord your God you shall fear. Him you shall serve and by his name you shall swear.

how he swore to the Lord and vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob,

And the angel of the Lord called to Abraham a second time from heavenand said,“ By myself I have sworn, declares the Lord, because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son,I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and as the sand that is on the seashore. And your offspring shall possess the gate of his enemies,and in your offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice.”

God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?

They swore an oath to the Lord with a loud voice and with shouting and with trumpets and with horns.And all Judah rejoiced over the oath, for they had sworn with all their heart and had sought him with their whole desire, and he was found by them, and the Lord gave them rest all around.

But what is God’s reply to him?“ I have kept for myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.”

join with their brothers, their nobles, and enter into a curse and an oath to walk in God’s Law that was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the Lord our Lord and his rules and his statutes.

In that day there will be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the Lord of hosts. One of these will be called the City of Destruction.In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord at its border.It will be a sign and a witness to the Lord of hosts in the land of Egypt. When they cry to the Lord because of oppressors, he will send them a savior and defender, and deliver them.And the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and the Egyptians will know the Lord in that day and worship with sacrifice and offering, and they will make vows to the Lord and perform them.

The God of Abraham and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge between us.” So Jacob swore by the Fear of his father Isaac,

For I have sworn by myself, declares the Lord, that Bozrah shall become a horror, a taunt, a waste, and a curse, and all her cities shall be perpetual wastes.”

For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.They shall spring up among the grass like willows by flowing streams.This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s,’ another will call on the name of Jacob, and another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

But if you will not obey these words, I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that this house shall become a desolation.

The Lord God has sworn by himself, declares the Lord, the God of hosts:“ I abhor the pride of Jacob and hate his strongholds, and I will deliver up the city and all that is in it.”
