It is I who made the earth and created mankind on it. My own hands stretched out the heavens; I marshaled their starry hosts.

I made the earth. I created human beings to live there. My own hands spread out the heavens. I put all the stars in their places.

你，唯獨你是耶和華，你造了天，天上的天和天軍，地和地上的萬物，海和海中的萬物，你使這一切生存，天軍也都敬拜你。

是我用大能和伸出來的膀臂創造了大地，以及地面上的人和獸；我看給誰適合，就把地給誰。

因為創造諸天的耶和華，他是神，塑造大地，把大地造成；他堅立大地；他創造大地，不是荒涼的；他塑造大地，是要給人居住；他這樣說：“我是耶和華，再沒有別的神。

因著信，我們就明白宇宙（“宇宙”或譯：“諸世界”或“眾世代”）是因著神的話造成的。這樣，那看得見的就是從那看不見的造出來的。

‘主耶和華啊！你看，你曾用大能和伸出來的膀臂創造了天地；在你並沒有難成的事。

誰曾用掌心量過海水，用手掌測過蒼天呢？誰曾用升斗量過大地的塵土，用秤稱山嶺，用天平稱岡陵呢？

你不知道嗎？你沒有聽過嗎？永在的神、耶和華、地極的創造主既不疲乏，也不困倦；他的知識無法測度。

神說：“我們要照著我們的形象，按著我們的樣式造人；使他們管理海裡的魚、空中的鳥、地上的牲畜，以及全地，和地上所有爬行的生物！”於是，神照著自己的形象創造人；就是照著神的形象創造了他；他所創造的有男有女。

神坐在大地的圓穹之上，地上的居民好像蚱蜢，他鋪張諸天如鋪張幔子，展開眾天像展開可以居住的帳棚。

你起初立了地的根基；天也是你手的工作。
