Who then is like me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and lay out before me what has happened since I established my ancient people, and what is yet to come— yes, let them foretell what will come.

誰從起初宣告，使我們知道呢？誰從先前說明，使我們說『對！』呢？啊，誰也沒有宣告，啊，誰也沒有說給人聽，啊，誰也沒有聽見你們的宣言呀！

讓他們提出，並告訴我們所要發生的事。把先前的事是甚麼事告訴我們，好讓我們用心思想，好知道其結局；或者把將來的事說給我們聽聽！

你們要追念古時以來的往事；因為只有我是上帝，再沒有別的神；我是上帝，沒有誰像我一樣：我從起初就說出末後的事，從古時就言明未成的事，說：「我的計畫必立定，我所喜悅的、我都必作成」；

你們訴明吧，提出吧！讓他們一同商議吧！誰從古時就把這一點說給人聽呢？誰從上古就把它訴明出來呢？不是我永恆主麼？我以外再沒有上帝，一位顯義氣的上帝，即是拯救者；除了我以外、並沒有別的神。

『早先的事我從上古就告訴人了，已由我口中發出，說給人聽了；我突然間作它，事便成就。因為我知道你剛愎，你脖子是鐵的肌肉，你的額是銅的，我從上古就告訴了你了，事未發生以先，我就說給你聽了：免得你說：「是我的偶像作的，是我雕刻的偶像、我鑄造的神像命定的。」『你已經聽見，已經見過這一切；難道你不告訴人麼？從今以後、我將新的事、隱藏的事、而你不知道的、說給你聽。這些事是現在創造的，並不是從上古就有的；今天以前你也未曾聽見過，免得你說：「看哪，我早已知道了。」你未曾聽見過，未曾知道過；你耳朵從未開通過；因為我知道你極其詭詐；你被稱為「出母腹就悖逆的」。

在我與你以及你以後的苗裔之間，我必堅立我的約，做世世代代永遠的約；好讓我做你和你以後的苗裔的上帝。我要將你現在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，賜給你和你以後的苗裔，做永遠的產業；我還要做他們的上帝。』

眾列國儘管一同集合，列國之民儘管聚集攏來，他們中間誰能將這事說明，將先前的事說給我們聽呢？他們可以帶見證來，以顯自己為對，或讓他們聽見，便說這是真的。

至高者將地業分給列國，將人類分開，就按神子的數目立了萬族之民的境界。

誰作這事而成就它，誰從起初召喚歷代呢？我永恆主、這起初者、與末終者：我就是啊。

他從一本造了萬國的人住在全地上，又立定安排好了的時期和他們居處的疆界，

我宣告了，我拯救了，我公布了，你們中間外族人的神算不了甚麼。』永恆主發神諭說：『你們乃是我的見證。我即是上帝。
