One will say,‘ I am Yahweh’s;’ and another will be called by the name of Jacob; and another will write with his hand‘ to Yahweh,’ and honor the name of Israel.”

將有人曰、我屬耶和華、有以雅各之名自稱、有手書歸耶和華、自稱為以色列、○

有曰、我崇事耶和華、有曰、我屬雅各家、有曰、我為耶和華僕、黥手為證、有曰、我為以色列族赤子、稱名為據。

有人曰、我屬主、有人自稱為雅各族、有人自稱為雅各族或作有人稱譽雅各族之名有人以手書已歸主、願稱為以色列人、

Some will say,‘ I belong to the Lord’; others will call themselves by the name of Jacob; still others will write on their hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and will take the name Israel.

Some will say,‘ We belong to the Lord.’ Others will call themselves by Jacob’s name. Still others will write on their hands,‘ We belong to the Lord.’ And they will be called by the name of Israel.

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s,’ another will call on the name of Jacob, and another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

Some will proudly claim,‘ I belong to the Lord.’ Others will say,‘ I am a descendant of Jacob.’ Some will write the Lord’s name on their hands and will take the name of Israel as their own.”

This one will say,‘ I am the LORD’s’; another will use the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ and take on the name of Israel.”

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; And that one will call on the name of Jacob; And another will write on his hand,‘ Belonging to the Lord,’ And will give himself Israel’s name with honor.

One will say,‘ I am the LORD’s’; Another will call himself by the name of Jacob; Another will write with his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ And name himself by the name of Israel.

One shall say, I am Jehovah’s; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto Jehovah, and surname himself by the name of Israel.

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; another will call himself by the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

One shall say, I[ am] the LORD’S; and another shall call[ himself] by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe[ with] his hand unto the LORD, and surname[ himself] by the name of Israel.

Many nations will go and say,“ Come! Let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” For the law will go out of Zion, and Yahweh’s word from Jerusalem;

They will inquire concerning Zion with their faces turned toward it, saying,‘ Come, and join yourselves to Yahweh in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten.’

It shall be for a sign to you on your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes, that Yahweh’s law may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand Yahweh has brought you out of Egypt.

I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say,‘ It is my people;’ and they will say,‘ Yahweh is my God.’”

Yahweh of Armies says:“ Many peoples, and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come;and the inhabitants of one shall go to another, saying,‘ Let’s go speedily to entreat the favor of Yahweh, and to seek Yahweh of Armies. I will go also.’Yes, many peoples and strong nations will come to seek Yahweh of Armies in Jerusalem, and to entreat the favor of Yahweh.”Yahweh of Armies says:“ In those days, ten men will take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they will take hold of the skirt of him who is a Jew, saying,‘ We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”

This was not as we had expected, but first they gave their own selves to the Lord, and to us through the will of God.

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Yet for all this, we make a sure covenant, and write it; and our princes, our Levites, and our priests, seal it.”Now those who sealed were: Nehemiah the governor, the son of Hacaliah, and Zedekiah,Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,Pashhur, Amariah, Malchijah,Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,Maaziah, Bilgai, and Shemaiah. These were the priests.The Levites: namely, Jeshua the son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel;and their brothers, Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,Mica, Rehob, Hashabiah,Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,Hodiah, Bani, and Beninu.The chiefs of the people: Parosh, Pahathmoab, Elam, Zattu, Bani,Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin,Ater, Hezekiah, Azzur,Hodiah, Hashum, Bezai,Hariph, Anathoth, Nobai,Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,Meshezabel, Zadok, Jaddua,Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,Hoshea, Hananiah, Hasshub,Hallohesh, Pilha, Shobek,Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,Ahiah, Hanan, Anan,Malluch, Harim, and Baanah.The rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and all those who had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters— everyone who had knowledge, and understanding—joined with their brothers, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God’s law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of Yahweh our Lord, and his ordinances and his statutes;

You have declared today that Yahweh is your God, and that you would walk in his ways, keep his statutes, his commandments, and his ordinances, and listen to his voice.Yahweh has declared today that you are a people for his own possession, as he has promised you, and that you should keep all his commandments.He will make you high above all nations that he has made, in praise, in name, and in honor; and that you may be a holy people to Yahweh your God, as he has spoken.

As many as walk by this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on God’s Israel.

Yahweh, truly I am your servant. I am your servant, the son of your servant girl. You have freed me from my chains.
