我今新有制作、將即彰明、備途於曠野、濬川於荒郊、爾豈不以為意乎。

今我創一新事、立即彰顯、爾必得知、我將備道於曠野、濬川於沙漠、

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

I am about to do something new. It is beginning to happen even now. Don’t you see it coming? I am going to make a way for you to go through the desert. I will make streams of water in the dry and empty land.

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

You have heard it. Now see all this. And you, won’t you declare it?“ I have shown you new things from this time, even hidden things, which you have not known.

Behold, the former things have happened and I declare new things. I tell you about them before they come up.”

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.

He who sits on the throne said,“ Behold, I am making all things new.” He said,“ Write, for these words of God are faithful and true.”

I will open rivers on the bare heights, and springs in the middle of the valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

How long will you go here and there, you backsliding daughter? For Yahweh has created a new thing in the earth: a woman will encompass a man.”

He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.Yet they still went on to sin against him, to rebel against the Most High in the desert.They tempted God in their heart by asking food according to their desire.Yes, they spoke against God. They said,“ Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?Behold, he struck the rock, so that waters gushed out, and streams overflowed. Can he give bread also? Will he provide meat for his people?”

As it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet,“ The voice of one crying in the wilderness,‘ Make ready the way of the Lord. Make his paths straight.Every valley will be filled. Every mountain and hill will be brought low. The crooked will become straight, and the rough ways smooth.

Then the lame man will leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute will sing; for waters will break out in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.The burning sand will become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water. Grass with reeds and rushes will be in the habitation of jackals, where they lay.A highway will be there, a road, and it will be called“ The Holy Way”. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it will be for those who walk in the Way. Wicked fools shall not go there.No lion will be there, nor will any ravenous animal go up on it. They will not be found there; but the redeemed will walk there.Then Yahweh’s ransomed ones will return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.”

Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb. You shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink.” Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

He opened the rock, and waters gushed out. They ran as a river in the dry places.

Moses lifted up his hand, and struck the rock with his rod twice, and water came out abundantly. The congregation and their livestock drank.

They didn’t thirst when he led them through the deserts. He caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them. He also split the rock and the waters gushed out.“ There is no peace”, says Yahweh,“ for the wicked.”

The voice of one who calls out,“ Prepare the way of Yahweh in the wilderness! Make a level highway in the desert for our God.Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low. The uneven shall be made level, and the rough places a plain.

who led you through the great and terrible wilderness, with venomous snakes and scorpions, and thirsty ground where there was no water; who poured water for you out of the rock of flint;
