耶和华宣告：“你们是我的见证人，是我的仆人；我拣选你们，为要你们认识我，相信我，明白我就是那一位；在我之前没有神存在，在我之后也不会有。

“ You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord,“ and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me.

“ People of Israel, you are my witnesses,” announces the Lord.“ I have chosen you to be my servant. I wanted you to know me and believe in me. I wanted you to understand that I am the one and only God. Before me, there was no other god at all. And there will not be any god after me.

是谁施行并成就了这样的事，从起初就一直召唤历代的人呢？就是我耶和华——我是首先的，也与末后的同在；我就是那一位。

“你们这些叛逆的人哪，当记念这事，心志坚定，留心反思！你们当记念亘古以来的往事，因为我是神，别无其二；我是神，没有谁像我。

这样，从日出之地到日落之处，人都会知道：除我以外没有神；我是耶和华，别无其二。

我曾宣告，我曾拯救，我曾告知你们；在你们中间没有外族的神明。你们就是我的见证人！”耶和华宣告：“我是神，

耶和华以色列的王，以色列的救赎主，万军之耶和华如此说：“我是首先的，我也是末后的。除我以外没有神。有谁像我呢？让它前来公布、宣告、陈明那从我设立古时民族以来所发生的事；让它宣告即将来临的事和后来要发生的事！你们不要惧怕，也不要害怕！难道我从前不就告知了你们、向你们宣告了吗？你们是我的见证人！除我以外，难道还有神吗？没有别的磐石！我知道没有！”

难道你们不知道吗？难道你们没有听过吗？难道从起初没有向你们宣告这事吗？难道从奠定大地根基以来你们没有领悟吗？神坐在大地的圆穹之上，地上的居民好像蚱蜢。他展开诸天如幔子，铺张穹苍如居住的帐篷。

反而倒空自己，取了奴仆的形像，成为人的样式，以人的形态出现，

可是你，以色列啊，我的仆人！雅各啊，我所拣选的，我朋友亚伯拉罕的后裔！

他为见证而来，是要为这光做见证，好让人都藉着他相信。他不是这光，而是要为这光做见证。

“看哪，我的仆人——我所扶持、我所拣选、我心所喜悦的！我已经把我的灵赐给他，他必给列国带来公正。

为要人看见就明白，思索就一同明悟：这是耶和华的手所做的，是以色列的圣者所造的。

不过圣灵临到你们的时候，你们将得着能力，并且要在耶路撒冷，在犹太和撒马利亚全地，直到地极，做我的见证人。”

但这些事被记下来，是要你们相信耶稣就是基督、是神的儿子；并且使你们因着信，就奉他的名有生命。

约翰把神的话语和有关耶稣基督的见证，凡是他所看到的，都见证出来。

正如你们从蒙爱的人，就是与我们同做奴仆的以帕弗拉那里所学到的；他为你们做了基督忠心的仆人，

这样，我们就被看做是神的假见证人，因为我们见证了有关神的事，说神使基督复活了，如果死人真不会复活，神就没有使基督复活；

看哪！我已经使他作万民的见证人，作万民的首领和发令者。

从那信实的见证者、死人中首先复活的、地上众君王的元首耶稣基督，临到你们！他爱我们，用自己的血，把我们从我们的罪孽中释放出来，

“你要给那在劳迪西亚教会的使者写信说：“那位阿们，就是那信实的、真实的见证者，神创造之物的本源，这样说：

并且你们也要做见证，因为你们从一开始就与我在一起。
