那創造諸天，鋪張穹蒼，鋪開地與地的出產，賜氣息給地上眾人，賜生命給行走其上之人的上帝耶和華如此說：

耶和華上帝創造諸天、而展布之、鋪張大地、及其土產、以生氣賦億兆、以神性畀行於地上之人、

昔耶和華上帝、創造穹蒼、使之張舒、奠定寰宇、使之生植、賦億兆以吹噓之氣、畀生民以活潑之神、今告厥僕曰、

主天主造諸天而張之、闢地及造其上之萬物、以生氣賦地上之生民、以靈性畀凡行於地者、今如是云、

This is what God the Lord says— the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it:

God created the heavens and stretches them out. The Lord spreads out the earth with everything that grows on it. He gives breath to its people. He gives life to those who walk on it. He says to his servant,

Thus says God, the Lord, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it:

God, the Lord, created the heavens and stretched them out. He created the earth and everything in it. He gives breath to everyone, life to everyone who walks the earth. And it is he who says,

This is what God, the LORD, says— who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk on it—

This is what the true God, the LORD, says– the one who created the sky and stretched it out, the one who fashioned the earth and everything that lives on it, the one who gives breath to the people on it, and life to those who live on it:

God Yahweh, he who created the heavens and stretched them out, he who spread out the earth and that which comes out of it, he who gives breath to its people and spirit to those who walk in it, says:

上帝坐在地的穹窿之上，地上的居民有如蚱蜢。他鋪張穹蒼如幔子，展開諸天如可住的帳棚。

我造大地，又創造人在地上。我親手鋪張諸天，天上萬象也是我所任命的。

耶和華的默示，他的話論到以色列。鋪張諸天、建立地基、造人裏面之靈的耶和華說：

我親手立了地的根基，以右手鋪張諸天；我一召喚，天地就都立定。

耶和華以能力創造大地，以智慧建立世界，以聰明鋪張穹蒼。

披上亮光，如披外袍，鋪張穹蒼，如鋪幔子，在水中立樓閣的棟梁，用雲彩為車輦，藉着風的翅膀而行，以風為使者，以火焰為僕役，將地立在根基上，使地永不動搖。你用深水遮蓋地面，猶如衣裳；諸水高過山嶺。你的斥責一發，水就奔逃；你的雷聲一發，水就奔流。諸山上升，諸谷下沉，歸你為它所立定之地。你定了界限，使水不能超越，不再轉回淹沒大地。耶和華使泉源湧在山谷，流在山間，使野地的走獸有水喝，野驢得解其渴。天上的飛鳥在水旁住宿，在枝幹間啼叫。他從樓閣中澆灌山嶺；因他作為的功效，地就豐足。他使草生長，給牲畜吃，使菜蔬生長，供給人用，使人從地裏得食物，得酒能悅人心，得油能潤人面，得糧能養人心。佳美的樹木，就是耶和華所栽種的黎巴嫩的香柏樹，都滿了汁漿。雀鳥在其上搭窩，鸛以松樹為家。高山為野山羊的居所，巖石為石貛的藏身處。你安置月亮以定季節，太陽自知沉落。你造黑暗為夜，林中的百獸就都爬出來。少壯獅子吼叫覓食，向上帝尋求食物。太陽一出，獸就躲避，躺臥在洞裏。人出去做工，勞碌直到晚上。耶和華啊，你所造的何其多！都是你用智慧造成的，全地遍滿了你所造之物。那裏有海，又大又廣，其中有無數的動物，大小活物都有。那裏有船行走，有你所造的力威亞探悠游在其中。這些都仰望你按時給牠們食物。你給牠們，牠們就拾起來；你張手，牠們就飽得美食。你轉臉，牠們就驚惶；你收回牠們的氣，牠們就死亡，歸於塵土。你差遣你的靈，牠們就受造；你使地面更換為新。願耶和華的榮耀存到永遠！願耶和華喜愛自己所造的！他看地，地便震動；他摸山，山就冒煙。我一生要向耶和華唱詩！我還活的時候，要向我的上帝歌頌！願他悅納我的默念！我要因耶和華歡喜！願罪人從世上消滅！願惡人歸於無有！我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！哈利路亞！

上帝的靈造了我，全能者的氣使我得生。

『唉！主耶和華，看哪，你曾用大能和伸出來的膀臂創造天和地，在你沒有難成的事。

耶和華如此說，他創造諸天，他是上帝；他造了地，形成它，堅固它，並非創造它為荒涼，而是要給人居住：「我是耶和華，再沒有別的。

耶和華上帝用地上的塵土造人，將生命之氣吹進他的鼻孔，這人就成了有靈的活人。

凡動物的生命和人類的氣息都在他手中。

稱謝那鋪地在水以上的，因他的慈愛永遠長存。

也不用人手去服侍，好像缺少甚麼似的；自己倒將生命、氣息、萬物賜給萬人。

上帝稱乾地為「地」，稱聚集在一起的水為「海」。上帝看為好的。上帝說：「地要長出植物，就是含種子的五穀菜蔬，和會結果子、果子裏有種子的樹，在地上各從其類。」事就這樣成了。於是地長出了植物：含種子的五穀菜蔬，各從其類；會結果子、果子裏有種子的樹，各從其類。上帝看為好的。

地和其中所充滿的，世界和住在其中的，都屬耶和華。他把地建立在海上，安定在江河之上。

諸天藉耶和華的話而造，萬象藉他口中的氣而成。

你起初立了地的根基，天也是你手所造的。天地都會消滅，你卻長存；天地都會像外衣漸漸舊了。你要將天地如內衣更換，天地就都改變了。

從你在母腹中就造了你，你的救贖主－耶和華如此說：「我－耶和華創造萬物，獨自鋪張諸天，親自展開大地；

那在天上建造樓閣、在地上奠定穹蒼、召喚海水、使其傾倒在地面上的，耶和華是他的名。

末世，藉着他兒子向我們說話，又立他為承受萬有的，也藉着他創造宇宙。

他又說：「主啊，你起初立了地的根基，天也是你手所造的。天地都會消滅，你卻長存；天地都會像衣服漸漸舊了；你要將天地捲起來，像捲一件外衣，天地像衣服都會改變。你卻永不改變；你的年數沒有窮盡。」

你豈不曾知道嗎？你豈未曾聽見嗎？永在的上帝耶和華，創造地極的主，他不疲乏，也不困倦；他的智慧無法測度。

誰曾用手心量諸水，用手虎口量蒼天，用升斗盛大地的塵土，用秤稱山嶺，用天平稱岡陵呢？

竟向天上的主自高，差人將他殿中的器皿拿到你面前，你和大臣、王后、妃嬪用這器皿飲酒。你又讚美那不能看、不能聽、無知無識，用金、銀、銅、鐵、木、石造的神明，沒有將榮耀歸與那手中掌管你氣息，管理你一切行動的上帝。

上帝說：「地要生出有生命之物，各從其類，就是牲畜、爬行動物、地上的走獸，各從其類。」事就這樣成了。於是上帝造了地上的走獸，各從其類；牲畜，各從其類；和地上一切的爬行動物，各從其類。上帝看為好的。

只要我的生命尚在我裏面，上帝所賜的氣息仍在我鼻孔內，

他若專心為己，將靈和氣收歸自己，
