神耶和華創造諸天，展開穹蒼，鋪張地和地所出的一切，又把氣息賜給地上的眾人，把靈賜給行在其中的人——神耶和華如此說：

耶和華上帝創造諸天、而展布之、鋪張大地、及其土產、以生氣賦億兆、以神性畀行於地上之人、

昔耶和華上帝、創造穹蒼、使之張舒、奠定寰宇、使之生植、賦億兆以吹噓之氣、畀生民以活潑之神、今告厥僕曰、

主天主造諸天而張之、闢地及造其上之萬物、以生氣賦地上之生民、以靈性畀凡行於地者、今如是云、

This is what God the Lord says— the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it:

God created the heavens and stretches them out. The Lord spreads out the earth with everything that grows on it. He gives breath to its people. He gives life to those who walk on it. He says to his servant,

Thus says God, the Lord, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it:

God, the Lord, created the heavens and stretched them out. He created the earth and everything in it. He gives breath to everyone, life to everyone who walks the earth. And it is he who says,

This is what God, the LORD, says— who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk on it—

This is what the true God, the LORD, says– the one who created the sky and stretched it out, the one who fashioned the earth and everything that lives on it, the one who gives breath to the people on it, and life to those who live on it:

耶和華的話語，就是默示，是關於以色列的：展開諸天、奠定大地的根基、造人裡面之靈的耶和華宣告：

我親手奠定了大地的根基，我的右手展開了諸天；我一召喚它們，它們就一同立起。

耶和華披戴光明如披衣裳，展開諸天如幔帳。他在水中為自己的樓閣架棟梁，以雲彩為自己的戰車，乘駕風的翅膀而行。他以風作自己的使者，以火焰作自己的僕役。他把大地奠定在根基上，使它永永遠遠不動搖。你使深淵的水如同衣袍遮蓋大地，眾水高過群山。眾水因你的斥責而逃遁，因你的雷聲而奔逃；眾水向上漫過群山，向下流入山谷，歸到你為它們指定的地方。你設立了界限，它們就不能越過，不再轉回遮蓋大地。你使泉源在溪谷中湧流，在群山間流淌，讓田野的一切野獸有水喝；野驢得以解渴。天空的飛鳥在水邊安居，從枝葉中間發出聲音。你從你的樓閣澆灌群山；因你作工的成果，大地就飽足。你使青草為牲畜長出來，又使蔬菜長出來供人需用，好使人能從地裡得食物。你用酒使人心裡歡喜，用油使人臉帶光澤，用糧使人心中振作。耶和華的樹木，就是他栽種的黎巴嫩的香柏樹，得到充分灌溉。雀鳥在那裡築巢，白鸛以松樹為家。高大的群山屬於野山羊，巖石是巖貍的避難所。耶和華造月亮為定節令，太陽知道何時沉落。你設立黑暗，就有了夜，森林中的百獸在夜間爬行；少壯獅子吼叫獵食，尋求來自神的食物。太陽升起，牠們就退回，到自己的巢穴裡躺臥；而人出去工作，勞碌直到傍晚。耶和華啊，你所做的何其多！你藉著智慧成就了這一切，大地充滿了你的創造；其中有巨大的海洋，兩面寬闊；海裡游動的活物無法數算，大小生物都有；那裡有船隻航行，你所造的水怪在裡面玩耍。所有這些都仰望你按時賜給牠們食物。你賜給它們，牠們就收取；你張開手，它們就飽享美食。你隱藏你的臉，牠們就惶恐；你收回牠們的氣息，牠們就斷氣，歸回塵土。你發出你的氣息，牠們就被造；你使地面更換一新！願耶和華的榮耀長存，直到永遠；願耶和華因自己的作為而歡喜！他觀看大地，大地就戰兢；他觸碰群山，群山就冒煙。我一生要向耶和華歌唱；我還活著的時候，要歌頌我的神。願我的默想蒙他喜悅，我要因耶和華而歡喜。願罪人從地上被滅盡，不再有惡人！我的靈魂哪，你當頌讚耶和華！哈利路亞！

創造諸天的耶和華——他是神，是塑造大地、造成大地的那一位；他親自堅立了大地；他創造大地不是要讓它空虛，他塑造大地是要讓人居住——耶和華如此說：「我是耶和華，別無其二。

耶和華神用地上的塵土塑造人，把生命的氣息吹進他的鼻孔裡，那人就成了有生命的人。

當稱謝那把大地鋪在眾水之上的，因他的慈愛永遠長存！

也不受人手的服事，好像缺少什麼似的，因為他自己把生命、氣息和萬有賜給萬人。

神稱乾處為「地」，稱水的聚集之處為「海」。神看這是好的。神說：「讓地長出植物——結種子的蔬草和結果實的果樹，各從其類，地上的果實中都有種子。」事情就如此成就了。地就生出了植物——結種子的蔬草，各從其類；還有結果實、果實中有種子的樹，各從其類。神看這是好的。

大地和其中所充滿的，世界和住在其中的，都屬於耶和華，因為他把大地奠定在海洋上，確立在河流之上。

諸天藉著耶和華的話語而造，其中的萬象藉著他口中的氣息而成。

你在起初奠定了大地的根基，諸天也是你手所造的。天地將要消亡，你卻繼續存留；天地都要像衣服那樣漸漸破舊，你把它們像衣袍那樣更換，它們就消逝了；

你的救贖主耶和華——從你在母腹中就塑造了你，他如此說：「是我耶和華造了萬物，我獨自展開了諸天，我單獨鋪張了大地；

但在末後的這些日子裡，神藉著他的兒子向我們說話。神預定了他為萬有的繼承人，也藉著他造了宇宙。

他又說：「主啊，你在起初立定了大地的根基，諸天也是你手所造的。天地將要毀滅，你卻繼續存留；天地都要像衣服那樣漸漸破舊。你將要把天地像外衣那樣捲起來，天地也要像衣服那樣被更換；你卻永不改變，你的歲月沒有窮盡。」

難道你不知道嗎？難道你沒有聽過嗎？永恆的神耶和華——創造地極的主，他不疲倦，也不困乏；他的聰慧無法測度。

誰曾用手心測量眾水，用手掌度量諸天呢？誰曾用升斗盛量大地的塵土，用秤稱量群山，用天平稱量岡陵呢？

反而對天上的主高舉自己，讓人把他殿中的器皿帶到你面前來，你和你的大臣們、妻子們、妃嬪們都用這些來喝酒；你稱讚那些不能看、不能聽、不能知——用金、銀、銅、鐵、木、石所做的神明，卻不尊崇那位掌握你的氣息、掌握你一切道路的神。

神說：「讓地上生出活物，各從其類：牲畜、爬行之物和地上的野獸，都各從其類。」事情就如此成就了。於是神造了地上的野獸，各從其類；又造牲畜，各從其類；並地上一切的爬行之物，各從其類。神看這是好的。
