I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.

Israel is blind. So I will lead them along paths they had not known before. I will guide them on roads they are not familiar with. I will turn the darkness into light as they travel. I will make the rough places smooth. Those are the things I will do. I will not desert my people.

And I will lead the blind in a way that they do not know, in paths that they have not known I will guide them. I will turn the darkness before them into light, the rough places into level ground. These are the things I do, and I do not forsake them.

諸谷必填、岡陵必卑、屈曲使直、崎嶇使平、

我必使之同心合轍、常敬畏我、致彼與其子孫、皆可蒙福、我與之必立永約、不復棄之、施以恩惠、使彼存敬畏我之心、不復背逆我、我必欣然施之以恩、盡心盡意、誠實無妄、植之於斯地、

因主必不棄擲己之百姓、必不離絕己之子民、

當是日聾者必聞書言、盲者之目必能見、不復昏昧黑暗、盲者之目必能見不復昏昧黑暗原文作盲者之目必由昏昧黑暗而能見

務絕貪婪、以己所有者為足、蓋經載主曰、我必不棄爾、不離爾、

因我天主矜恤、使晨光自上臨我、以照居幽暗及死地陰翳之人、又引我履平康之道、○

乃基督於我儕尚為罪人時、為我而死、天主以此彰其愛我之愛、今我儕因基督之血、既得稱義、不更可賴之而免怒乎、我儕為敵之時、賴其子之死、得與天主復和、今已復和、不更因其生而得救乎、

主曰、我導之自北方、集之自地極、偕之必有瞽者、跛者、孕婦、產婦咸來、成為大會、歸於斯地、彼為我所導、必哭泣禱告而來、我使之行於溪畔、履平直之途、其間不遇窒礙、其間不遇窒礙或作無人顛蹶其中我為以色列之父、以法蓮為我長子、

當頌美我主耶穌基督之父天主、緣彼按其鴻慈、使我儕因耶穌基督由死復活得重生、有永生之望、得不壞不玷不衰之業、即為我儕有原文抄本我儕作爾曹藏於天者、我儕以信賴天主大力、得保守以獲末世所將顯之拯救、

爾起而發光、爾之光明已臨、主之榮光燭照於爾、幽暗蒙地、晦冥掩蔽萬民、惟爾蒙主光照、主之榮光、彰顯於爾、

救贖爾之以色列聖主如是云、我即爾之天主、訓爾以有益之事、導爾以當行之道、

使之追敵、由足未履之道、安然以往、

天主所預知者、則預定肖其子之狀、使彼為眾子中之長子、其所預定者、亦召之、所召者、亦稱之為義、所稱義者、亦榮之、○然則何言、天主祐我、誰能敵我、

心迷者必得知識、素悖逆者必受訓誨、

爾眾子將蒙主訓、爾眾子必大享平康、

但須離約匱約二百丈、二百丈原文作二千尺不可與之相近、為使爾知所當行之路、因爾素行未嘗行此路、

主所愛之兄弟、我儕當為爾恆謝天主、因天主自始選爾、得聖神以成聖、及信真道而得救、為此天主亦以我所傳之福音召爾、欲爾得我主耶穌基督之榮、

雖然、厥後我仍勸誘之、導之於野、以善言慰藉其心、

爾當觀天主之作為、天主使曲者、孰能直之、

爾見其舉止行為、則使爾覺安慰、爾曹則知我凡所行於耶路撒冷者、並非無故、此乃主天主所言、

當是時瞽者目必明、聾者耳必啟、

故我必以荊棘塞其路、為築墻垣、俾尋不得其徑、
